Soros Mouthpiece Calls On Google To Police "Conspiracy Theories"

Former fellow of George Soros' Open Society and current Stanford University scholar Evgeny Morozov has called on Google and other search engines to become thought crime enforcers, by providing warnings about websites that contain "conspiracy theories" such as the belief, held by a majority of Americans, that global warming is not primarily man-made.

Morozov, whose biography confirms him as a well-connected insider, decries in a Slate piece how the Internet is a useful tool for "People who deny global warming" as well as "the anti-vaccination movement," calling on Google to provide a "socially responsible curated treatment" that would marginalize such beliefs by amending search results.

His solution is to, "Nudge search engines to take more responsibility for their index and exercise a heavier curatorial control in presenting search results for issues like "global warming" or "vaccination." Google already has a list of search queries that send most traffic to sites that trade in pseudoscience and conspiracy theories; why not treat them differently than normal queries? Thus, whenever users are presented with search results that are likely to send them to sites run by pseudoscientists or conspiracy theorists, Google may simply display a huge red banner asking users to exercise caution and check a previously generated list of authoritative resources before making up their minds."

Morozov describes the potential that such a move will be judged as Google "shilling for Big Pharma or for Al Gore" as "a risk worth taking".

This represents a similar argument to Cass Sunstein's "cognitive infiltration," an effort by Obama's information czar to slap government warnings on controversial websites (including those claiming that exposure to sunlight is healthy). In a widely derided white paper, Sunstein called for political blogs to be forced to include pop ups that show “a quick argument for a competing view”. He also demanded that taxes be levied on dissenting opinions and even suggested that outright bans on certain thoughts should be enforced.

Giving companies like Google, which has grown to virtually become the gatekeeper of the entire Internet itself and is already engaging in SOPA-like acts of censorship, the power to denote which political and scientific positions are acceptable and which are fringe "conspiracy theories" is an insult to free thinking and smacks of Chinese-style thought control.

Morozov's argument is also completely undermined by the fact that the two so-called fringe "conspiracy theories" he forwards as being in need of Google's thought crime control, skepticism about global warming and the dangers of vaccines, are views held by millions of Americans and are not "fringe" at all.

According to the most recent polls, less than half of Americans now believe that global warming is caused by human activity, a number that has been slipping for the past several years.

In addition, polls show that a quarter of Americans, some 75 million of them, believe that vaccines are unsafe and can cause autism. To characterize this as a minority conspiracy belief is like labeling Catholicism as a doctrine of a tiny fringe.

At best, views about global warming and the safety of vaccines can be described as being split, but to claim that skepticism over man-made climate change and the dangers of inoculations are "kooky" fringe conspiracy beliefs, as Morozov does in his article, is brazenly inaccurate and exposes the agenda-driven bias of his rhetoric.

This is further illustrated by the reader comments, which almost universally deride Morozov and attack his argument as being a thinly veiled demand for Internet censorship.

"The day Google starts doing things like this is the day I find a new search engine," writes one.

"So, you are a supporter of internet censorship? Only of information that you disagree with, of course. So I assume Slate and NAF did not support the recent action regarding SOPA?" adds another.

Morozov's rhetoric is merely one aspect of the wider move to turn the Internet into an echo chamber of establishment propaganda, drowning out alternative voices to the benefit of large pharmaceutical companies who make billions from selling risky vaccines and scientific bodies whose very survival depends upon the global warming myth being upheld.

It represents another effort to win an information war the establishment is currently losing, as Hillary Clinton herself admitted, by not just creating a new Orwellian Internet Ministry of Truth, as Bill Clinton demanded, but by ascribing this role to the very gatekeeper of the Internet itself - Google.

AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH

Be it known to all courts, governments, and other parties, that I, __________________ am a living man with Divine Immortal Spirit given by the Creator, freeborn Sovereign, without subjects. The Creator has given man dominion over the earth. I am neither subject to any entity anywhere, nor is any entity subject to me. I neither dominate anyone, nor am I dominated.
My authority for this statement comes from the Creator and is the same as it is for all free Sovereigns everywhere: the age-old, timeless, and universal respect for the intrinsic rights, property, freedoms, and responsibilities of the Sovereign Individual. The law of the land is the only law of the righteous.

This notice is to advise that I do not grant personal jurisdiction or jurisdiction by deceit. That I will determine jurisdiction or the nature or cause of the action coming before my duly constituted court. This may be in subject matter person or in proceedings at realm. As a man, I will challenge, not recognize and do not consent to any fiction (person, name, mark, title, trade, business, state, nation and corporation) as my equal.

I will attend my court to determine who has or states to have a claim against me. Rules of evidence will apply and no witness may testify to a matter unless evidence is introduced sufficient to support a witness has personal knowledge of a matter.

I am not a "person" when such term is defined in statutes of the United States or statutes of the several states when such definition includes artificial entities. I refuse to be treated as a federally or state created entity which is only capable of exercising certain rights, privileges, or immunities as specifically granted by federal or state governments.
I voluntarily choose to comply with the man-made laws which serve to bring harmony to society, but no such laws, nor their enforcers, have any authority over me. I am not in any jurisdiction, for I am not of subject status.
Consistent with the eternal tradition of natural common law, unless I have harmed or violated someone or their property, I have committed no crime; and am therefore not subject to any penalty.
I act in accordance with the following U.S. Supreme Court case:

"The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights." Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1905).

Thus, be it known to all, that I reserve my natural common law right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that I did not enter into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally. And furthermore, I do not accept the liability associated with the compelled and pretended "benefit" of any hidden or unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.
As such, the hidden or unrevealed contracts that supposedly create obligations to perform, for persons of subject status, are inapplicable to me, and are null and void. If I have participated in any of the supposed "benefits" associated with these hidden contracts, I have done so by necessity, under duress, and for lack of any other practical alternative. I may have received such "benefits" but I have not accepted them in a manner that binds me to anything.
Any such participation does not constitute "acceptance" in contract law, because of the absence of full disclosure of any valid "offer," and voluntary consent without misrepresentation or coercion, under contract law. Without a valid voluntary offer and acceptance, knowingly entered into by both parties, there is no "meeting of the minds," and therefore no valid contract. Any supposed "contract" is therefore void, ab initio.
From my age of consent to the date affixed below I have never signed a contract knowingly, willingly, intelligently, and voluntarily whereby I have waived any of my natural common law rights, and, as such, Take Notice that I revoke, cancel, and make void ab initio my signature on any and all contracts, agreements, forms, or any instrument which may be construed in any way to give any agency or department of any federal or state government authority, venue, or jurisdiction over me.
This position is in accordance with the U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970):

"Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences."

Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are:

The use of Federal Reserve Notes to discharge my debts. I have used these only because in America, there is no other widely recognized currency.
The use of a bank account, with my signature on the bank signature card. If there is any hidden contract behind the bank signature card, my signature thereon gives no validity to it. The signature is only for verification of identity. I can be obligated to fulfill no hidden or unrevealed contract whatsoever, due to the absence of full disclosure and voluntary consent.
Likewise, my use of the bank account thereof is due to the absence of a bank not associated with the Federal Reserve system. In general, people have been prevented from issuing their own currencies, and such prevention is in violation of the United States Constitution. Were there an alternative, I would be happy to use it. To not use any bank at all is impossible or very difficult, as everyone knows, in today's marketplace.
The use of a Social Security number. The number normally assigned to persons of subject status, I use exceptionally, under duress, only because of the extreme inconvenience of operating without one in today's marketplace, where it is requested by banks, employers, lenders, and many other government agencies and businesses. My reason for using it is not because I wish to participate in the Social Security system, as I don't wish to participate. Let it be known that I use the Social Security number assigned to me for information only.
The use of a driver's license. As a free Sovereign, there is no legal requirement for me to have such a license for travelling in my car. Technically, the unrevealed legal purpose of driver's licenses is commercial in nature. Since I don't carry passengers for hire, there is no law requiring me to have a license to travel for my own pleasure and that of my family and friends. However, because of the lack of education of police officers on this matter, should I be stopped for any reason and found to be without a license, it is likely I would be ticketed and fined or obligated to appear in court. Therefore, under duress, I carry a license to avoid extreme inconvenience.
State plates on my car. Similarly, even though technically, my car does not fit the legal definition of a "motor vehicle," which is used for commercial purposes, nevertheless, I have registered it with the state and carry the state plates on it, because to have any other plates or no plates at all, causes me to run the risk of police officer harassment and extreme inconvenience.
Past tax returns filed. Any tax returns I may have filed in the past, were filed due to the dishonest atmosphere of fear and intimidation created by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the local assessors' offices; not because there is any law requiring me to do so. Once I discovered that the IRS and other tax agencies have been misinforming the public, I have felt it is my responsible duty to society to terminate my voluntary participation. Because such returns were filed under Threat, Duress, and Coercion (TDC), and no two-way contract was ever signed with full disclosure, there is nothing in any past filing of returns or payments that created any valid contract. Therefore, no legal obligation on my part was ever created.
Birth Certificate. The fact that a birth certificate was granted to me by a local hospital or government agency when I entered this world, is irrelevant to my Sovereignty. No status, high or low, can be assigned to another person through a piece of paper, without the recipient's full knowledge and consent. Therefore, such a piece of paper provides date and place information only. It indicates nothing about jurisdiction, nothing about property ownership, nothing about rights, and nothing about subject status. The only documents that can have any legal meaning, as it concerns my status in society, are those which I have signed as an adult, with full knowledge and consent, free from misrepresentation or coercion of any kind.
Marriage license. The acquisition of a marriage license is now being revealed as being necessary only for slaves. The act of a Sovereign such as myself obtaining such a license, through social custom and ignorance of law, has no legal effect in changing my status. This is because any such change in status, if any may be supposed to occur, could happen only through a hidden and unrevealed contract or statute. Since no hidden, unrevealed, and undisclosed information, if it exists, can be lawfully held to be binding, it is null and void.
Children in public school. The attendance of my children in government-supported "public" schools or government-controlled "private" schools does not create any legal tax obligation for me, nor any other legal obligation, because I never signed a contract agreeing to such obligation for the supposed "privilege" of public school attendance.
If any of my children have attended government supported "public" or controlled "private" schools, such was done under duress and not out of free will. Be it known that I regard "compulsory state education" as a violation of the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which states in relevant part:
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
Declaration of Citizenship. Any document I may have ever signed, in which I answered "yes" to the question, "Are you a U.S. citizen?" - cannot be used to compromise my status as a Sovereign, nor obligate me to perform in any manner. This is because without full written disclosure of the definition and consequences of such supposed "citizenship," provided in a document bearing my signature given freely without misrepresentation or coercion, there can be no legally binding contract.
I am not a "United States" citizen subject to its jurisdiction. The United States is an entity created by the U.S. Constitution with jurisdiction as described on the following pages of this Affidavit. I am not a "resident of," an "inhabitant of," a "franchise of," a "subject of," a "ward of," the "property of," the "chattel of," or "subject to the jurisdiction of" any corporate federal government, corporate state government, corporate county government, corporate city government, or corporate municipal body politic created under the authority of the U.S. Constitution. I am not subject to any legislation, department, or agency created by such authorities, nor to the jurisdiction of any employees, officers, or agents deriving their authority therefrom. Further, I am not a subject of the Administrative and Legislative Article IV Courts of the several states, or Article I Courts of the United States, or bound by precedents of such courts, deriving their jurisdiction from said authorities. Take Notice that I hereby revoke, cancel, and make void ab initio any such instrument or any presumed election made by any of the several states or the United States government or any agency or department thereof, that I am or ever have voluntary elected to be treated as a United States citizen subject to its jurisdiction or a resident of any territory, possession, instrumentality or enclave under the sovereignty or exclusive jurisdiction of any of the several states or of the United States as defined in the U.S. Constitution in Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 and Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2.
Past voter registration. Similarly, since no obligation to perform in any manner was ever revealed in print, as part of the requirements for the supposed "privilege" to vote for government officials, any such registration on my part cannot be legal evidence of any obligation to perform. Likewise, I have granted NO jurisdiction over me, to any political office. It is my inherent right to vote on elections or issues that I feel affect all of society; NOT because I need anyone to rule over me. On the contrary - I have used the voting process only to instruct my public servants what a Citizen and Sovereign would like done.
Use of the 2-letter state code and zip code. My use of the 2-letter state code and zip code in my "address," which is secretly codified to indicate United States "federal zone" jurisdiction, has no effect whatsoever on my Sovereign status. Simply by receiving or sending "mail" through a quasi-federal messenger service, the postal service, at a location indicated with a 2-letter state code and zip code, cannot place me under federal jurisdiction or obligation. Such a presumption would be ludicrous.
I use these codes only for the purposes of information and making it more efficacious for the U.S. Postal Service to deliver my mail.
Use of semantics. There are some immature people with mental imbalances, such as the craving to dominate other people, who masquerade as "government." Just because they alter definitions of words in the law books to their supposed advantage, doesn't mean I accept those definitions. The fact that they define the words "person," "address," "mail," "resident," "motor vehicle," "driving," "passenger," "employee," "income," and many others, in ways different from the common usage, so as to be associated with a subject or slave status, means nothing in real life.
Because the courts have become entangled in the game of semantics, be it known to all courts and all parties, that if I have ever signed any document or spoken any words on record, using words defined by twists in the law books different from the common usage, there can be no effect whatsoever on my Sovereign status in society thereby, nor can there be created any obligation to perform in any manner, by the mere use of such words. Where the meaning in the common dictionary differs from the meaning in the law dictionary, it is the meaning in common dictionary that prevails, because it is more trustworthy.

Such compelled and supposed "benefits" include, but are not limited to, the aforementioned typical examples. My use of such alleged "benefits" is under duress only, and is with full reservation of all my common law rights. I have waived none of my intrinsic rights and freedoms by my use thereof. Furthermore, my use of such compelled "benefits" may be temporary, until better alternatives become available, practical, and widely recognized.

FEDERAL JURISDICTION

It is further relevant to this Affidavit that any violation of my Rights, Freedom, or Property by the U.S. federal government, or any agent thereof, would be an illegal and unlawful excess, clearly outside the limited boundaries of federal jurisdiction. My understanding is that the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal government is defined by Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution, quoted as follows:

"The Congress shall have the power . . . To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district (NOT EXCEEDING TEN MILES SQUARE) as may, by cession of particular states and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the Government of the United States, [District of Columbia] and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock yards and other needful Buildings; And - To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers..." [emphasis added]

and Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2:

"The Congress shall have the Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State."

The definition of the "United States" being used here, then, is limited to its territories:

1) The District of Columbia
2) Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
3) U.S. Virgin Islands
4) Guam
5) American Samoa

6) Northern Mariana Islands
7) Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands
8) Military bases within the several states
9) Federal agencies within the several states

It does not include the several states themselves, as is confirmed by the following cites:

"We have in our political system a Government of the United States and a government of each of the several States. Each one of these governments is distinct from the others, and each has citizens of its own who owe it allegiance, and whose rights, within its jurisdiction, it must protect. The same person may be at the same time a citizen of the United States and a Citizen of a State, but his rights of citizenship under one of these governments will be different from those he has under the other." Slaughter House Cases United States vs. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875).

"THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IS A FOREIGN CORPORATION WITH RESPECT TO A STATE." [emphasis added] Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. §1785: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.Ct.1973, 41 L.Ed.287.

This is further confirmed by the following quote from the Internal Revenue Service:

Federal jurisdiction "includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa." - Internal Revenue Code Section 312(e).

In legal terminology, the word "includes" means "is limited to."
When referring to this "District" United States, the Internal Revenue Code uses the term "WITHIN" the United States. When referring to the several States, the Internal Revenue Code uses the term "WITHOUT" the United States.

"The laws of Congress in respect to those matters do not extend into the territorial limits of the states, but have force only in the District of Columbia, and other places that are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the national government," Caha v. United States, 152 U.S., at 215.

Libya All About Oil, Or Central Banking?

Several writers have noted the odd fact that the Libyan rebels took time out from their rebellion in March to create their own central

I have never before heard of a central bank being created in just a matter of weeks out of a popular uprising. This suggests we have a bit more than a rag tag bunch of rebels running around and that there are some pretty sophisticated influences.

Alex Newman wrote in the New American:

In a statement released last week, the rebels reported on the results of a meeting held on March 19. Among other things, the supposed rag-tag revolutionaries announced the "[d]esignation of the Central Bank of Benghazi as a monetary authority competent in monetary policies in Libya and appointment of a Governor to the Central Bank of Libya, with a temporary headquarters in Benghazi."

Newman quoted CNBC senior editor John Carney, who asked, "Is this the first time a revolutionary group has created a central bank

while it is still in the midst of fighting the entrenched political power? It certainly seems to indicate how extraordinarily powerful central bankers have become in our era."
Another anomaly involves the official justification for taking up arms against Libya. Supposedly it's about human rights violations, but the evidence is contradictory. According to an article on the Fox News website on February 28:

As the United Nations works feverishly to condemn Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi for cracking down on protesters, the body's Human Rights Council is poised to adopt a report chock-full of praise for Libya's human rights record. The review commends Libya for improving educational opportunities, for making human rights a "priority" and for bettering its "constitutional" framework. Several countries, including Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, and Saudi Arabia but also Canada, give Libya positive marks for the legal protections afforded to its citizens - who are now revolting against the regime and facing bloody reprisal.

Whatever might be said of Gaddafi's personal crimes, the Libyan people seem to be thriving. A delegation of medical professionals from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus wrote in an appeal to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that after becoming acquainted with Libyan life, it was their view that in few nations did people live in such comfort:

[Libyans] are entitled to free treatment, and their hospitals provide the best in the world of medical equipment. Education in Libya is free, capable young people have the opportunity to study abroad at government expense. When marrying, young couples receive 60,000 Libyan dinars (about 50,000 US dollars) of financial assistance. Non-interest state loans, and as practice shows, undated. Due to government subsidies the price of cars is much lower than in Europe, and they are affordable for every family. Gasoline and bread cost a penny, no taxes for those who are engaged in agriculture. The Libyan people are quiet and peaceful, are not inclined to drink, and are very religious.

They maintained that the international community had been misinformed about the struggle against the regime. "Tell us," they said, "who would not like such a regime?"
Even if that is just propaganda, there is no denying at least one very popular achievement of the Libyan government: it brought water to the desert by building the largest and most expensive irrigation project in history, the US$33 billion GMMR (Great Man-Made River) project. Even more than oil, water is crucial to life in Libya.
The GMMR provides 70% of the population with water for drinking and irrigation, pumping it from Libya's vast underground Nubian Sandstone Aquifer System in the south to populated coastal areas 4,000 kilometers to the north. The Libyan government has done at least some things right.
Another explanation for the assault on Libya is that it is "all about oil", but that theory too is problematic. As noted in the National Journal, the country produces only about 2% of the world's oil. Saudi Arabia alone has enough spare capacity to make up for any lost production if Libyan oil were to disappear from the market. And if it's all about oil, why the rush to set up a new central bank?
Another provocative bit of data circulating on the Net is a 2007 "Democracy Now" interview of US General Wesley Clark (Ret). In it he says that about 10 days after September 11, 2001, he was told by a general that the decision had been made to go to war with Iraq. Clark was surprised and asked why. "I don't know!" was the response. "I guess they don't know what else to do!" Later, the same general said they planned to take out seven countries in five years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.
What do these seven countries have in common? In the context of banking, one that sticks out is that none of them is listed among the 56 member banks of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). That evidently puts them outside the long regulatory arm of the central bankers' central bank in Switzerland.
The most renegade of the lot could be Libya and Iraq, the two that have actually been attacked. Kenneth Schortgen Jr, writing on Examiner.com, noted that "[s]ix months before the US moved into Iraq to take down Saddam Hussein, the oil nation had made the move to accept euros instead of dollars for oil, and this became a threat to the global dominance of the dollar as the reserve currency, and its dominion as the petrodollar."
According to a Russian article titled "Bombing of Libya - Punishment for Ghaddafi for His Attempt to Refuse US Dollar", Gaddafi made a similarly bold move: he initiated a movement to refuse the dollar and the euro, and called on Arab and African nations to use a new currency instead, the gold dinar. Gaddafi suggested establishing a united African continent, with its 200 million people using this single currency.
During the past year, the idea was approved by many Arab countries and most African countries. The only opponents were the Republic of South Africa and the head of the League of Arab States. The initiative was viewed negatively by the USA and the European Union, with French President Nicolas Sarkozy calling Libya a threat to the financial security of mankind; but Gaddafi was not swayed and continued his push for the creation of a united Africa.
And that brings us back to the puzzle of the Libyan central bank. In an article posted on the Market Oracle, Eric Encina observed:

One seldom mentioned fact by western politicians and media pundits: the Central Bank of Libya is 100% State Owned ... Currently, the Libyan government creates its own money, the Libyan Dinar, through the facilities of its own central bank. Few can argue that Libya is a sovereign nation with its own great resources, able to sustain its own economic destiny. One major problem for globalist banking cartels is that in order to do business with Libya, they must go through the Libyan Central Bank and its national currency, a place where they have absolutely zero dominion or power-broking ability. Hence, taking down the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) may not appear in the speeches of Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy but this is certainly at the top of the globalist agenda for absorbing Libya into its hive of compliant nations.

Libya not only has oil. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), its central bank has nearly 144 tonnes of gold in its vaults. With that sort of asset base, who needs the BIS, the IMF and their rules?
All of which prompts a closer look at the BIS rules and their effect on local economies. An article on the BIS website states that central banks in the Central Bank Governance Network are supposed to have as their single or primary objective "to preserve price stability".
They are to be kept independent from government to make sure that political considerations don't interfere with this mandate. "Price stability" means maintaining a stable money supply, even if that means burdening the people with heavy foreign debts. Central banks are discouraged from increasing the money supply by printing money and using it for the benefit of the state, either directly or as loans.
In a 2002 article in Asia Times Online titled "The BIS vs national banks" Henry Liu maintained:

BIS regulations serve only the single purpose of strengthening the international private banking system, even at the peril of national economies. The BIS does to national banking systems what the IMF has done to national monetary regimes. National economies under financial globalization no longer serve national interests. ... FDI [foreign direct investment] denominated in foreign currencies, mostly dollars, has condemned many national economies into unbalanced development toward export, merely to make dollar-denominated interest payments to FDI, with little net benefit to the domestic economies.

He added, "Applying the State Theory of Money, any government can fund with its own currency all its domestic developmental needs to maintain full employment without inflation." The "state theory of money" refers to money created by governments rather than private banks.
The presumption of the rule against borrowing from the government's own central bank is that this will be inflationary, while borrowing existing money from foreign banks or the IMF will not. But all banks actually create the money they lend on their books, whether publicly owned or privately owned. Most new money today comes from bank loans. Borrowing it from the government's own central bank has the advantage that the loan is effectively interest-free. Eliminating interest has been shown to reduce the cost of public projects by an average of 50%.
And that appears to be how the Libyan system works. According to Wikipedia, the functions of the Central Bank of Libya include "issuing and regulating banknotes and coins in Libya" and "managing and issuing all state loans". Libya's wholly state-owned bank can and does issue the national currency and lend it for state purposes.
That would explain where Libya gets the money to provide free education and medical care, and to issue each young couple $50,000 in interest-free state loans. It would also explain where the country found the $33 billion to build the Great Man-Made River project. Libyans are worried that North Atlantic Treaty Organization-led air strikes are coming perilously close to this pipeline, threatening another humanitarian disaster.
So is this new war all about oil or all about banking? Maybe both - and water as well. With energy, water, and ample credit to develop the infrastructure to access them, a nation can be free of the grip of foreign creditors. And that may be the real threat of Libya: it could show the world what is possible.
Most countries don't have oil, but new technologies are being developed that could make non-oil-producing nations energy-independent, particularly if infrastructure costs are halved by borrowing from the nation's own publicly owned bank. Energy independence would free governments from the web of the international bankers, and of the need to shift production from domestic to foreign markets to service the loans.
If the Gaddafi government goes down, it will be interesting to watch whether the new central bank joins the BIS, whether the nationalized oil industry gets sold off to investors, and whether education and healthcare continue to be free.

Scientists declare northern 1/3 of Japan uninhabitable and should be evacuated

In her interview, Leuren Moret highlights two prominent nuclear radiation scientists who have now publicly declared that the northern 1/3 part of Japan has become uninhabitable because of radiation due to the Fukushima March 11, 2011 quake/nuke false flag operation, and should be evacuated.

One of the radiation experts, Dr. Chris Busby, is a UK Govt. and European Parliament Low Level Radiation Expert. Dr. Busby developed the first radiation risk model to challenge the US government’s Hiroshima and Nagasaki studies model that underestimated internal exposure risk by a factor of 1000. Dr. Busby has conducted research on Sellafield nuke plant contamination and health risks, depleted uranium exposures in the Middle East, Yugoslavia, C. Asia, and Fukushima disaster.

A relatively unknown map of the Middle East, NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan, and Pakistan has been circulating around strategic, governmental, NATO, policy and military circles since mid-2006. It has been causally allowed to surface in public, maybe in an attempt to build consensus and to slowly prepare the general public for possible, maybe even cataclysmic, changes in the Middle East. This is a map of a redrawn and restructured Middle East identified as the “New Middle East.”

“Hegemony is as old as Mankind…” -Zbigniew Brzezinski, former U.S. National Security Advisor

The term “New Middle East” was introduced to the world in June 2006 in Tel Aviv by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (who was credited by the Western media for coining the term) in replacement of the older and more imposing term, the “Greater Middle East.”
This shift in foreign policy phraseology coincided with the inauguration of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Oil Terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean. The term and conceptualization of the “New Middle East,” was subsequently heralded by the U.S. Secretary of State and the Israeli Prime Minister at the height of the Anglo-American sponsored Israeli siege of Lebanon. Prime Minister Olmert and Secretary Rice had informed the international media that a project for a “New Middle East” was being launched from Lebanon.
This announcement was a confirmation of an Anglo-American-Israeli “military roadmap” in the Middle East. This project, which has been in the planning stages for several years, consists in creating an arc of instability, chaos, and violence extending from Lebanon, Palestine, and Syria to Iraq, the Persian Gulf, Iran, and the borders of NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan.
The “New Middle East” project was introduced publicly by Washington and Tel Aviv with the expectation that Lebanon would be the pressure point for realigning the whole Middle East and thereby unleashing the forces of “constructive chaos.” This “constructive chaos” --which generates conditions of violence and warfare throughout the region-- would in turn be used so that the United States, Britain, and Israel could redraw the map of the Middle East in accordance with their geo-strategic needs and objectives.
New Middle East Map
Former Secretary Condoleezza Rice stated during a press conference that “[w]hat we’re seeing here [in regards to the destruction of Lebanon and the Israeli attacks on Lebanon], in a sense, is the growing—the ‘birth pangs’—of a ‘New Middle East’ and whatever we do we [meaning the United States] have to be certain that we’re pushing forward to the New Middle East [and] not going back to the old one.”1 Secretary Rice was immediately criticized for her statements both within Lebanon and internationally for expressing indifference to the suffering of an entire nation, which was being bombed indiscriminately by the Israeli Air Force.
The Anglo-American Military Roadmap in the Middle East and Central Asia
Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s speech on the "New Middle East" had set the stage. The Israeli attacks on Lebanon --which had been fully endorsed by Washington and London-- have further compromised and validated the existence of the geo-strategic objectives of the United States, Britain, and Israel. According to Professor Mark Levine the “neo-liberal globalizers and neo-conservatives, and ultimately the Bush Administration, would latch on to creative destruction as a way of describing the process by which they hoped to create their new world orders,” and that “creative destruction [in] the United States was, in the words of neo-conservative philosopher and Bush adviser Michael Ledeen, ‘an awesome revolutionary force’ for (…) creative destruction…”2
Anglo-American occupied Iraq, particularly Iraqi Kurdistan, seems to be the preparatory ground for the balkanization (division) and finlandization (pacification) of the Middle East. Already the legislative framework, under the Iraqi Parliament and the name of Iraqi federalization, for the partition of Iraq into three portions is being drawn out. (See map below)
Moreover, the Anglo-American military roadmap appears to be vying an entry into Central Asia via the Middle East. The Middle East, Afghanistan, and Pakistan are stepping stones for extending U.S. influence into the former Soviet Union and the ex-Soviet Republics of Central Asia. The Middle East is to some extent the southern tier of Central Asia. Central Asia in turn is also termed as “Russia’s Southern Tier” or the Russian “Near Abroad.”
Many Russian and Central Asian scholars, military planners, strategists, security advisors, economists, and politicians consider Central Asia (“Russia’s Southern Tier”) to be the vulnerable and “soft under-belly” of the Russian Federation.3
It should be noted that in his book, The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geo-strategic Imperatives, Zbigniew Brzezinski, a former U.S. National Security Advisor, alluded to the modern Middle East as a control lever of an area he, Brzezinski, calls the Eurasian Balkans. The Eurasian Balkans consists of the Caucasus (Georgia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Armenia) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan) and to some extent both Iran and Turkey. Iran and Turkey both form the northernmost tiers of the Middle East (excluding the Caucasus4) that edge into Europe and the former Soviet Union.
This map of the “New Middle East” seems to be based on several other maps, including older maps of potential boundaries in the Middle East extending back to the era of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson and World War I. This map is showcased and presented as the brainchild of retired Lieutenant-Colonel (U.S. Army) Ralph Peters, who believes the redesigned borders contained in the map will fundamentally solve the problems of the contemporary Middle East.
The map of the “New Middle East” was a key element in the retired Lieutenant-Colonel’s book, Never Quit the Fight, which was released to the public on July 10, 2006. This map of a redrawn Middle East was also published, under the title of Blood Borders: How a better Middle East would look, in the U.S. military’s Armed Forces Journal with commentary from Ralph Peters.5
It should be noted that Lieutenant-Colonel Peters was last posted to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, within the U.S. Defence Department, and has been one of the Pentagon’s foremost authors with numerous essays on strategy for military journals and U.S. foreign policy.
It has been written that Ralph Peters’ “four previous books on strategy have been highly influential in government and military circles,” but one can be pardoned for asking if in fact quite the opposite could be taking place. Could it be Lieutenant-Colonel Peters is revealing and putting forward what Washington D.C. and its strategic planners have anticipated for the Middle East?
The concept of a redrawn Middle East has been presented as a “humanitarian” and “righteous” arrangement that would benefit the people(s) of the Middle East and its peripheral regions. According to Ralph Peter’s:
International borders are never completely just. But the degree of injustice they inflict upon those whom frontiers force together or separate makes an enormous difference — often the difference between freedom and oppression, tolerance and atrocity, the rule of law and terrorism, or even peace and war.
The most arbitrary and distorted borders in the world are in Africa and the Middle East. Drawn by self-interested Europeans (who have had sufficient trouble defining their own frontiers), Africa’s borders continue to provoke the deaths of millions of local inhabitants. But the unjust borders in the Middle East — to borrow from Churchill — generate more trouble than can be consumed locally.
While the Middle East has far more problems than dysfunctional borders alone — from cultural stagnation through scandalous inequality to deadly religious extremism — the greatest taboo in striving to understand the region’s comprehensive failure isn’t Islam, but the awful-but-sacrosanct international boundaries worshipped by our own diplomats.
Of course, no adjustment of borders, however draconian, could make every minority in the Middle East happy. In some instances, ethnic and religious groups live intermingled and have intermarried. Elsewhere, reunions based on blood or belief might not prove quite as joyous as their current proponents expect. The boundaries projected in the maps accompanying this article redress the wrongs suffered by the most significant "cheated" population groups, such as the Kurds, Baluch and Arab Shia [Muslims], but still fail to account adequately for Middle Eastern Christians, Bahais, Ismailis, Naqshbandis and many another numerically lesser minorities. And one haunting wrong can never be redressed with a reward of territory: the genocide perpetrated against the Armenians by the dying Ottoman Empire.
Yet, for all the injustices the borders re-imagined here leave unaddressed, without such major boundary revisions, we shall never see a more peaceful Middle East.
Even those who abhor the topic of altering borders would be well-served to engage in an exercise that attempts to conceive a fairer, if still imperfect, amendment of national boundaries between the Bosphorus and the Indus. Accepting that international statecraft has never developed effective tools — short of war — for readjusting faulty borders, a mental effort to grasp the Middle East’s “organic” frontiers nonetheless helps us understand the extent of the difficulties we face and will continue to face. We are dealing with colossal, man-made deformities that will not stop generating hatred and violence until they are corrected. 6

"Necessary Pain"
Besides believing that there is “cultural stagnation” in the Middle East, it must be noted that Ralph Peters admits that his propositions are “draconian” in nature, but he insists that they are necessary pains for the people of the Middle East. This view of necessary pain and suffering is in startling parallel to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s belief that the devastation of Lebanon by the Israeli military was a necessary pain or “birth pang” in order to create the “New Middle East” that Washington, London, and Tel Aviv envision.
Moreover, it is worth noting that the subject of the Armenian Genocide is being politicized and stimulated in Europe to offend Turkey.7
The overhaul, dismantlement, and reassembly of the nation-states of the Middle East have been packaged as a solution to the hostilities in the Middle East, but this is categorically misleading, false, and fictitious. The advocates of a “New Middle East” and redrawn boundaries in the region avoid and fail to candidly depict the roots of the problems and conflicts in the contemporary Middle East. What the media does not acknowledge is the fact that almost all major conflicts afflicting the Middle East are the consequence of overlapping Anglo-American-Israeli agendas.
Many of the problems affecting the contemporary Middle East are the result of the deliberate aggravation of pre-existing regional tensions. Sectarian division, ethnic tension and internal violence have been traditionally exploited by the United States and Britain in various parts of the globe including Africa, Latin America, the Balkans, and the Middle East. Iraq is just one of many examples of the Anglo-American strategy of “divide and conquer.” Other examples are Rwanda, Yugoslavia, the Caucasus, and Afghanistan.
Amongst the problems in the contemporary Middle East is the lack of genuine democracy which U.S. and British foreign policy has actually been deliberately obstructing. Western-style "Democracy" has been a requirement only for those Middle Eastern states which do not conform to Washington's political demands. Invariably, it constitutes a pretext for confrontation. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan are examples of undemocratic states that the United States has no problems with because they are firmly alligned within the Anglo-American orbit or sphere.
Additionally, the United States has deliberately blocked or displaced genuine democratic movements in the Middle East from Iran in 1953 (where a U.S./U.K. sponsored coup was staged against the democratic government of Prime Minister Mossadegh) to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, the Arab Sheikdoms, and Jordan where the Anglo-American alliance supports military control, absolutists, and dictators in one form or another. The latest example of this is Palestine.
The Turkish Protest at NATO’s Military College in Rome
Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters’ map of the “New Middle East” has sparked angry reactions in Turkey. According to Turkish press releases on September 15, 2006 the map of the “New Middle East” was displayed in NATO’s Military College in Rome, Italy. It was additionally reported that Turkish officers were immediately outraged by the presentation of a portioned and segmented Turkey.8 The map received some form of approval from the U.S. National War Academy before it was unveiled in front of NATO officers in Rome.
The Turkish Chief of Staff, General Buyukanit, contacted the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Peter Pace, and protested the event and the exhibition of the redrawn map of the Middle East, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.9 Furthermore the Pentagon has gone out of its way to assure Turkey that the map does not reflect official U.S. policy and objectives in the region, but this seems to be conflicting with Anglo-American actions in the Middle East and NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan.
Is there a Connection between Zbigniew Brzezinski’s “Eurasian Balkans” and the “New Middle East” Project?
The following are important excerpts and passages from former U.S. National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski’s book, The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geo-strategic Imperatives. Brzezinski also states that both Turkey and Iran, the two most powerful states of the “Eurasian Balkans,” located on its southern tier, are “potentially vulnerable to internal ethnic conflicts [balkanization],” and that, “If either or both of them were to be destabilized, the internal problems of the region would become unmanageable.”10
It seems that a divided and balkanized Iraq would be the best means of accomplishing this. Taking what we know from the White House's own admissions; there is a belief that “creative destruction and chaos” in the Middle East are beneficial assets to reshaping the Middle East, creating the “New Middle East,” and furthering the Anglo-American roadmap in the Middle East and Central Asia:
In Europe, the Word “Balkans” conjures up images of ethnic conflicts and great-power regional rivalries. Eurasia, too, has its “Balkans,” but the Eurasian Balkans are much larger, more populated, even more religiously and ethnically heterogenous. They are located within that large geographic oblong that demarcates the central zone of global instability (...) that embraces portions of southeastern Europe, Central Asia and parts of South Asia [Pakistan, Kashmir, Western India], the Persian Gulf area, and the Middle East.
The Eurasian Balkans form the inner core of that large oblong (…) they differ from its outer zone in one particularly significant way: they are a power vacuum. Although most of the states located in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East are also unstable, American power is that region’s [meaning the Middle East’s] ultimate arbiter. The unstable region in the outer zone is thus an area of single power hegemony and is tempered by that hegemony. In contrast, the Eurasian Balkans are truly reminiscent of the older, more familiar Balkans of southeastern Europe: not only are its political entities unstable but they tempt and invite the intrusion of more powerful neighbors, each of whom is determined to oppose the region’s domination by another. It is this familiar combination of a power vacuum and power suction that justifies the appellation “Eurasian Balkans.”
The traditional Balkans represented a potential geopolitical prize in the struggle for European supremacy. The Eurasian Balkans, astride the inevitably emerging transportation network meant to link more directly Eurasia’s richest and most industrious western and eastern extremities, are also geopolitically significant. Moreover, they are of importance from the standpoint of security and historical ambitions to at least three of their most immediate and more powerful neighbors, namely, Russia, Turkey, and Iran, with China also signaling an increasing political interest in the region. But the Eurasian Balkans are infinitely more important as a potential economic prize: an enormous concentration of natural gas and oil reserves is located in the region, in addition to important minerals, including gold.
The world’s energy consumption is bound to vastly increase over the next two or three decades. Estimates by the U.S. Department of Energy anticipate that world demand will rise by more than 50 percent between 1993 and 2015, with the most significant increase in consumption occurring in the Far East. The momentum of Asia’s economic development is already generating massive pressures for the exploration and exploitation of new sources of energy, and the Central Asian region and the Caspian Sea basin are known to contain reserves of natural gas and oil that dwarf those of Kuwait, the Gulf of Mexico, or the North Sea.
Access to that resource and sharing in its potential wealth represent objectives that stir national ambitions, motivate corporate interests, rekindle historical claims, revive imperial aspirations, and fuel international rivalries. The situation is made all the more volatile by the fact that the region is not only a power vacuum but is also internally unstable.

The Eurasian Balkans include nine countries that one way or another fit the foregoing description, with two others as potential candidates. The nine are Kazakstan [alternative and official spelling of Kazakhstan] , Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia—all of them formerly part of the defunct Soviet Union—as well as Afghanistan.
The potential additions to the list are Turkey and Iran, both of them much more politically and economically viable, both active contestants for regional influence within the Eurasian Balkans, and thus both significant geo-strategic players in the region. At the same time, both are potentially vulnerable to internal ethnic conflicts. If either or both of them were to be destabilized, the internal problems of the region would become unmanageable, while efforts to restrain regional domination by Russia could even become futile. 11

Redrawing the Middle East
The Middle East, in some regards, is a striking parallel to the Balkans and Central-Eastern Europe during the years leading up the First World War. In the wake of the the First World War the borders of the Balkans and Central-Eastern Europe were redrawn. This region experienced a period of upheaval, violence and conflict, before and after World War I, which was the direct result of foreign economic interests and interference.

The reasons behind the First World War are more sinister than the standard school-book explanation, the assassination of the heir to the throne of the Austro-Hungarian (Habsburg) Empire, Archduke Franz Ferdinand, in Sarajevo. Economic factors were the real motivation for the large-scale war in 1914.

Norman Dodd, a former Wall Street banker and investigator for the U.S. Congress, who examined U.S. tax-exempt foundations, confirmed in a 1982 interview that those powerful individuals who from behind the scenes controlled the finances, policies, and government of the United States had in fact also planned U.S. involvement in a war, which would contribute to entrenching their grip on power.
The following testimonial is from the transcript of Norman Dodd's interview with G. Edward Griffin;

We are now at the year 1908, which was the year that the Carnegie Foundation began operations. And, in that year, the trustees meeting, for the first time, raised a specific question, which they discussed throughout the balance of the year, in a very learned fashion. And the question is this: Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people? And they conclude that, no more effective means to that end is known to humanity, than war. So then, in 1909, they raise the second question, and discuss it, namely, how do we involve the United States in a war?
Well, I doubt, at that time, if there was any subject more removed from the thinking of most of the people of this country [the United States], than its involvement in a war. There were intermittent shows [wars] in the Balkans, but I doubt very much if many people even knew where the Balkans were. And finally, they answer that question as follows: we must control the State Department.
And then, that very naturally raises the question of how do we do that? They answer it by saying, we must take over and control the diplomatic machinery of this country and, finally, they resolve to aim at that as an objective. Then, time passes, and we are eventually in a war, which would be World War I. At that time, they record on their minutes a shocking report in which they dispatch to President Wilson a telegram cautioning him to see that the war does not end too quickly. And finally, of course, the war is over.
At that time, their interest shifts over to preventing what they call a reversion of life in the United States to what it was prior to 1914, when World War I broke out.

The redrawing and partition of the Middle East from the Eastern Mediterranean shores of Lebanon and Syria to Anatolia (Asia Minor), Arabia, the Persian Gulf, and the Iranian Plateau responds to broad economic, strategic and military objectives, which are part of a longstanding Anglo-American and Israeli agenda in the region.
The Middle East has been conditioned by outside forces into a powder keg that is ready to explode with the right trigger, possibly the launching of Anglo-American and/or Israeli air raids against Iran and Syria. A wider war in the Middle East could result in redrawn borders that are strategically advantageous to Anglo-American interests and Israel.
NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan has been successfully divided, all but in name. Animosity has been inseminated in the Levant, where a Palestinian civil war is being nurtured and divisions in Lebanon agitated. The Eastern Mediterranean has been successfully militarized by NATO. Syria and Iran continue to be demonized by the Western media, with a view to justifying a military agenda. In turn, the Western media has fed, on a daily basis, incorrect and biased notions that the populations of Iraq cannot co-exist and that the conflict is not a war of occupation but a "civil war" characterised by domestic strife between Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds.
Attempts at intentionally creating animosity between the different ethno-cultural and religious groups of the Middle East have been systematic. In fact, they are part of a carefully designed covert intelligence agenda.
Even more ominous, many Middle Eastern governments, such as that of Saudi Arabia, are assisting Washington in fomenting divisions between Middle Eastern populations. The ultimate objective is to weaken the resistance movement against foreign occupation through a "divide and conquer strategy" which serves Anglo-American and Israeli interests in the broader region.

Trends forecaster Gerald Celente appeared on RT February 28, 2011, explaining how the circus called the U.S. government is running America – right into disaster.

Current predictions circulating among economists are that oil prices may soon hit $200 a barrel. Lindsey Williams, a well known Chaplain and close associate with oil company elites has revealed that the globalists in charge behind the scenes are planning to push oil prices as high as $150- 200 a barrel before 2012.

Gerald Celente states the only possible way for oil prices to jump so high would be for “an outbreak” to occur in a major oil-producing country such as Saudi Arabia, or in Iran. The “outbreak” he refers to would be open revolution, rioting, and chaos that is currently happening along the northern part of Africa, and in parts of the Middle East.

One of the other scenarios he brings out, would be the closing of the Suez Canal.

This may be a highly distasteful proposition, but just for a moment, I want you to sit back, and imagine that you are a member of the corporate banking elite. You are a walking talking disease ridden power mad pustule who naively believes himself intellectually superior to the vast majority of humanity and above the inherent laws of conscience, honor, and general good taste. You are a villain in the purest sense, in that you not only do great harm to the world, you actually SEEK to do great harm to the world, if only to benefit yourself and your exclusive circle of “friends”; a clan of degenerate blood thirsty sociopaths with delusions of omnipotence that stalk the night like Armani wearing Chupacabra exsanguinating the joy from poor unsuspecting cultures. You are capable of anything, and sadly, you take “pride” in this fact…

You aren’t “rich” in the traditional sense. You aren’t a “Bill Gates” or a “Donald Trump” (I’m beginning to wonder if Donald Trump is even solvent, or if his entire fortune is a special-effect courtesy of NBC). No, you don’t “make” money, you MAKE the money. You are a global financier. You are a central banker. You create the fiat that the rest of the country uses to sustain its fantasy economy. You dominate trade through monopoly and corporate fraud. You control the flow of currency through an economic system using fractional reserve banking, artificially pegged interest rates, and your ever trusty printing press. You put your substantial monetary clout behind BOTH major political parties, and groom presidential candidates to your globalist standards. Any politician who desires to climb the ladder of power turns to you for assistance, not the voting public. You have a tremendous financial stake in every corporate news provider in the country, if not own them outright. You invite their top reporters to posh banquets, give them unlimited access to prominent social figures and high rollers, and fly them to private alcohol addled orgies in the middle of the California Redwoods (I wish this was all made up). Forget responsible journalism, they love hanging out with you, and would probably write whatever you tell them to.

Now that you have placed yourself in the tight fitting shoes of the “enlightened few”, I want you to imagine that you have engineered an implosion in national credit sectors using ultra-low interest rates to fuel mortgage and derivatives bubbles that would contract at an unprecedented pace once it is revealed to the wider investment world that those equities which they prized only days before are now “toxic”, essentially worthless, due to mass debt defaults on loans which never should have been made in the first place. Yeah, you’re a real dirtbag.

Of course, you aren’t finished yet! Your ultimate goal is centralization, and the key to centralization is to remove all options available to the masses but one; the option which garners you the greatest amount of dominance. A global economic system based on a single world currency and a single unaccountable governing body would be ideal. What would you call this world currency? I don’t know, how about something innocuous sounding like….Special Drawing Rights (SDR’s), which you can then label as a mere “basket of currencies” when it is really a parasitic financial instrument meant to absorb currencies until it replaces them completely:

In order to begin instituting this world currency, you would first need to remove the standing world reserve currency from its exalted position, that currency being the U.S. dollar. This seems rather impossible to many mainstream analysts who cannot fathom the possibility of a breakdown in the mighty Greenback, but you have already set the stage. You have created a progressive debt singularity so immense that no amount of fiat, no amount of taxation, no amount of austerity could ever satiate its hunger. You now have the perfect excuse to print the dollar with wild abandon until its withered, corpsified remains are six feet underground, leaving the door wide open for the tap dancing fast-talking SDR to take its place.

The issue is, how do you convince the general public that all is well until you are ready to unleash hyperinflation and fiscal Armageddon? How do you make them believe with all their hearts that they are not in the midst of a debt meltdown and the end of their financial sovereignty, but basking in a full-on economic recovery?!

You can’t stop wealth destruction now that the avalanche has been set in motion. You can’t stop inflation and dollar devaluation (nor would you want to. Hey, you’re evil incarnate, remember?). The effects on mainstreet are beyond your ability to hide, but, what you CAN manipulate, are the statistics and indices that Americans rely on for psychological comfort. You give everyone a blindfold and a cigarette and you do what you do best; lie!

Here is a step by step guide to fabricating an economic recovery out of thin air….

Don’t Count The Unemployed, Discount Them: Jobless people are a real downer and a pesky nuisance because they represent living breathing proof that a recovery is not taking place. By most standards, a recovery in jobs markets can be claimed if meaningful evidence shows a return to unemployment standards (normal unemployment) set before the recession / depression was triggered. If you are a global banker today, however, this will not do. Instead, you simply change the definition of “normal unemployment”. Thus, the debilitating jobless rate which was originally thought of as “bad”, is now thought of as “natural”. You must then publish long-winded white papers using more subjective statistics devoid of common sense while feigning a logical pretense:

This only satisfies a small portion of the populace, though. Next, you must rig the manner in which unemployment is calculated to always overlook certain subsections of jobless. Never count those people who have been unemployed so long that they no longer receive benefits. Always count people who are underemployed as fully employed, even if they are only able to scrape together ten hours a week through part time McSlavery. After this, change the manner in which raw data on unemployment is actually collected.

First, the Labor Department derives most of its raw data on unemployment not through any traditional mathematical means, but through two separate surveys which are open to wide interpretation; an establishment survey, and a household survey. The establishment survey is what we hear about at the beginning of every month, while the household survey tends to float under the mainstream radar. In 2009 and 2010, the Labor Department deemed the household survey data (a phone driven survey of 60,000 households) “more reliable” for indicating job growth, because it was supposedly accurate in counting small business hiring and self-employment. So, you have two separate surveys (unscientific indicators of employment) combined together to produce a job growth rate number, and an unemployment percentage, both of which represent, at the most, a GUESS on the current state of jobs in this country.

While the establishment survey showed only 36,000 jobs created, the household survey somehow showed around 600,000 new jobs created!?:

Basically, the BLS is asking you to believe that over 600,000 people either started their own businesses, or were hired by home based businesses in the month of January alone. I’m curious as to where all the capital inflows are coming from to launch such a revolution in home entrepreneurship in the middle of the greatest credit crisis in history. Oh well, if the Labor Department says it’s true, it must be…

The juxtaposition of odd data collection methods is the reason why the government was able to claim a drop from 9.4% to 9% in the jobless rate while announcing only 36,000 jobs created! The household survey has become an incredibly useful tool for generating arbitrary employment data which can be molded to say whatever government officials and central bankers want it to say. Anyone who controls the source data for a calculation controls the outcome of that calculation. It’s that simple.

What I wouldn’t want, if I was the Labor Department, is for some outside independent citizens group to monitor my survey methods while in progress. That would make life for a statistical huckster very difficult indeed.

As Long As Stocks Are Green, The World Is Golden: Near zero interest rates can be very useful if a central bank wishes to throw a tidal wave of fiat into a particular index in order to make it appear healthy. Certainly, the Fed has avoided admitting to any manipulation of the stock market. QE measures are all “above the board”, and all is well in Bernanke’s Mayberry. A question arises here though that desperately begs to be answered; if the stock market’s meteoric rise from near destruction to the 12,000 point mark is “real”, and completely in tune with a legitimate recovery, then why is the Fed still keeping interest rates at near zero after almost three years, and why are they continuing quantitative easing measures? Could it be that without constant liquidity injections from the Fed, the stock market would once again collapse like a wet paper sack? We know that in 2009, it was revealed that bailout funds which were supposed to go towards muting the effects of toxic bank assets were actually being pumped into the equities of healthy banks instead, meaning,the money has not been allocated to the areas promised:

We also know that top hedge fund managers have openly stated that stocks will remain bullish because QE funds are propping up the market:

And, frankly, if you are a global banking cartel intent on keeping the American people in the dark, it makes perfect sense to prop up stocks. A Dow in the green is like a mass dose of fiscal lithium; it calms investors into a stupor. Even people who are otherwise unconcerned about economics will keep track of the Dow as if it is a solid indicator of their personal financial safety. A great test would be to observe market reactions to a Federal Reserve interest rate hike and a freezing of QE in order to counter inflation. Will the Dow stand on its own two feet then? I seriously doubt it, but then again, I don’t know that the Fed will ever raise interest rates again…

Inflation? What Inflation?: Unmitigated inflation spells doom for any society. It’s like some monetary based animal instinct deep down in our collective unconscious. The moment we hear the word “inflation” or see prices rise dramatically, we revert to survival mode and begin honing our mammoth bone battle mallets. Governments and central banks throughout history have made it their top priority to hide the effects of inflation from the citizenry at all costs.

To mask inflation is nearly impossible, especially where commodities and base goods are concerned. That’s why our government and private central bank calculate the Consumer Price Index (CPI) without counting food or energy. Most grains and crude oil have doubled in price over the past year alone, and this does not reflect well on the safety of the dollar, or the effectiveness of liquidity measures by the Fed. China, whose inflation is but a prequel to our own, is also distancing food and energy price surges from its CPI numbers, giving the false impression of leveling markets:

Corporate retail chains have a tendency to absorb rising prices of base goods to avoid alienating their customer foundation, hoping that the increases are temporary. When retailers realize that prices are not going to drop back down, they eventually relent, and shelf costs skyrocket. The bottom line is clear; overall worldwide food averages were up over 28% in 2010:

Our government’s response? Complete denial that there is any significant threat of inflation. Denial that overprinting of the dollar and its subsequent devaluation has anything to do with rising prices. Scapegoating everything from weather, to speculators, to the fake “recovery” itself for price spikes. The longer they keep the terminology of inflation out of the mainstream, the less Americans are likely to prepare for an onslaught of the dollar.

Create Debt To Pay Off Debt: This is pretty self explanatory. If foreign investors want nothing to do with you, your explosive national debt, or your depreciating currency, where is your government going to get the money to continue spending like a drunken trophy wife at Macy’s? If you default, the jig is up, and no one will buy your recovery yarns. Instead, print even more fiat and use it to purchase your own Treasury bonds! This serves two purposes; first, it props up the federal bureaucracy which gives the impression of stability (at least for a time), and, it furthers your goal of squeezing the dollar like a grape.

Remove All Checks And Balances: If you plan on decimating an economy, you can’t very well have people pointing fingers at you while you do it. That would be inconvenient. It’s funny, but for years, ratings agencies like Moodys helped global banks facilitate the mortgage and derivatives crisis by categorizing worthless assets as AAA securities. Without them, no one would have invested in such garbage in the first place, and the banking fraud would have been immediately exposed. Now that ratings agencies are finally doing their job and downgrading the creditworthiness of banks and countries that possess extreme liabilities, the SEC is moving to marginalize them:

Interesting that as the U.S. nears a possible credit downgrade, we suddenly no longer care what ratings agencies have to say.

The SEC in itself is one enormous joke, and in no way a practical overseer of banking activity. The organization has shown itself to be either fantastically incompetent, or deliberately indifferent to ongoing financial fraud. I never thought I would find myself agreeing with a cretin like Bernie Madoff, but according to the middle-weight Ponzi artist, global banks he dealt with, like JP Morgan and HSBC, had to be perfectly aware of the scam he was undertaking, otherwise, it could not have been possible:

Likewise, the SEC’s complete lack of proper investigation into such activities turned Wall Street into a globalist playground where much bigger conmen than Madoff have nested and bred like fleas. It’s not that the system needs more regulation, or more legal wrangling; this would accomplish nothing, because the system is regulated by the criminals! Therefore, new laws can be enacted in concert, and the government can deem the system reformed and recovered, all while the underlying corruption remains untouched. If the poison that instigated the fall of the markets is not uprooted, treachery will continue to reign supreme, and healthy markets a childish illusion.

The Creeping Terror

Two years ago I was in my local Borders bookstore and noticed that they had downsized their stock selection by what looked to be nearly a third. I made a point to ask if this was a chain wide phenomenon. Most employees I talked with said yes. I then asked if they had begun cutting employee hours by significant margins and specifically laying off longtime workers that had built up substantial pay increases. Again, the consensus was yes. Finally, and most importantly, did Borders discuss these changes with their staff in a manner that was informative and open, or, was there a lot of confusion amongst employees as to what exactly was going on? The response was that they were overwhelmingly bewildered by Borders’ lack of clear communication as to the direction of the corporation.

My suggestion to them was to start looking for another job, because their company was about to declare bankruptcy. They, of course, denied this was remotely likely:

It may sound like a stretch, but the reason I bring up Borders’ impending chapter 11 is because, to me, it represents a microcosm of the creeping nature of economic collapse, especially when that collapse is being wielded and delegated.

Borders has been on the verge of default for quite a while. Did they refuse to relay this information openly to their employees because they selfishly wanted to maintain profit margins just a little longer until they were ready to pull the plug? Of course! Do global bankers with aspirations of a centralized currency keep the true destabilization of the market spectrum and the coming international dollar dump to themselves because in the end they will benefit from our shock and awe? Of course!

Whether a person loses everything all at once, or a piece at a time, the end result is the same, however, there is something especially cruel in the idea of fiscal theater; the act of inspiring false hope that a financial environment is sound when it has, in truth, already suffocated. Why would our modern day robber barons put so much energy into constructing a fake recovery? There are many reasons, but first and foremost, to create apathy. To lure us towards inaction. To swindle us into assuming the storm will blow over, and all will return as it was. Unfortunately, recovery without intense restructuring of our economic system is impossible. The fundamentals do not support the suggestion in the slightest. The question is, who will be at the helm when the dust settles and this restructuring does eventually occur? Will the American people take the lead, as they should, and commit to a concrete free market rejuvenation of our financial environment? Or, will we sit back yet again, and let the banksters set us up for the next grand disaster?

Underlying the sudden, volatile uprising in Egypt and Tunisia is a growing global crisis sparked by soaring food prices. But what caused the recent jump in food prices remains a matter of debate . . . .

Underlying the sudden, volatile uprising in Egypt and Tunisia is a growing global crisis sparked by soaring food prices and unemployment. The Associated Press reports that roughly 40 percent of Egyptians struggle along at the World Bank-set poverty level of under $2 per day. Analysts estimate that food price inflation in Egypt is currently at an unsustainable 17 percent yearly. In poorer countries, as much as 60 to 80 percent of people’s incomes go for food, compared to just 10 to 20 percent in industrial countries. An increase of a dollar or so in the cost of a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread for Americans can mean starvation for people in Egypt and other poor countries.
Follow the Money

The cause of the recent jump in global food prices remains a matter of debate. Some analysts blame the Federal Reserve’s “quantitative easing” program (increasing the money supply with credit created with accounting entries), which they warn is sparking hyperinflation. Too much money chasing too few goods is the classic explanation for rising prices.

The problem with that theory is that the global money supply has actually shrunk since 2006, when food prices began their dramatic rise. Virtually all money today is created on the books of banks as “credit” or “debt,” and overall lending has shrunk. This has occurred in an accelerating process of deleveraging (paying down or writing off loans and not making new ones), as the subprime housing market has collapsed and bank capital requirements have been raised. Although it seems counterintuitive, the more debt there is, the more money there is in the system. As debt shrinks, the money supply shrinks in tandem.

That is why government debt today is not actually the bugaboo it is being made out to be by the deficit terrorists. The flipside of debt is credit, and businesses run on it. When credit collapses, trade collapses. When private debt shrinks, public debt must therefore step in to replace it. The “good” credit or debt is the kind used for building infrastructure and other productive capacity, increasing the Gross Domestic Product and wages; and this is the kind governments are in a position to employ. The parasitic forms of credit or debt are the gamblers’ money-making-money schemes, which add nothing to GDP.

Prices have been driven up by too much money chasing too few goods, but the money is chasing only certain selected goods. Food and fuel prices are up, but housing prices are down. The net result is that overall price inflation remains low.

While quantitative easing may not be the culprit, Fed action has driven the rush into commodities. In response to the banking crisis of 2008, the Federal Reserve dropped the Fed funds rate (the rate at which banks borrow from each other) nearly to zero. This has allowed banks and their customers to borrow in the U.S. at very low rates and invest abroad for higher returns, creating a dollar “carry trade.”

Meanwhile, interest rates on federal securities were also driven to very low levels, leaving investors without that safe, stable option for funding their retirements. “Hot money” – investment seeking higher returns – fled from the collapsed housing market into anything but the dollar, which generally meant fleeing into commodities.
New Meaning to the Old Adage “Don’t Play with Your Food”

At one time food was considered a poor speculative investment, because it was too perishable to be stored until market conditions were right for resale. But that changed with the development of ETFs (exchange-traded funds) and other financial innovations.

As first devised, speculation in food futures was fairly innocuous, since when the contract expired, somebody actually had to buy the product at the “spot” or cash price. This forced the fanciful futures price and the more realistic spot price into alignment. But that changed in 1991. In a revealing July 2010 report in Harper’s Magazine titled “The Food Bubble: How Wall Street Starved Millions and Got Away with It,” Frederick Kaufman wrote:

The history of food took an ominous turn in 1991, at a time when no one was paying much attention. That was the year Goldman Sachs decided our daily bread might make an excellent investment. . . .

Robber barons, gold bugs, and financiers of every stripe had long dreamed of controlling all of something everybody needed or desired, then holding back the supply as demand drove up prices.

As Kaufman explained this financial innovation in a July 16 interview on Democracy Now:

Goldman . . . came up with this idea of the commodity index fund, which really was a way for them to accumulate huge piles of cash for themselves. . . . Instead of a buy-and-sell order, like everybody does in these markets, they just started buying. It’s called “going long.” They started going long on wheat futures. . . . And every time one of these contracts came due, they would do something called “rolling it over” into the next contract. . . . And they kept on buying and buying and buying and buying and accumulating this historically unprecedented pile of long-only wheat futures. And this accumulation created a very odd phenomenon in the market. It’s called a “demand shock.” Usually prices go up because supply is low . . . . In this case, Goldman and the other banks had introduced this completely unnatural and artificial demand to buy wheat, and that then set the price up. . . . [H]ard red wheat generally trades between $3 and $6 per sixty-pound bushel. It went up to $12, then $15, then $18. Then it broke $20. And on February 25th, 2008, hard red spring futures settled at $25 per bushel. . . . [T]he irony here is that in 2008, it was the greatest wheat-producing year in world history.

. . . [T]he other outrage . . . is that at the time that Goldman and these other banks are completely messing up the structure of this market, they’ve protected themselves outside the market, through this really almost diabolical idea called “replication” . . . . Let’s say, . . . you want me to invest for you in the wheat market. You give me a hundred bucks . . . . [W]hat I should be doing is putting a hundred bucks in the wheat markets. But I don’t have to do that. All I have to do is put $5 in. . . . And with that $5, I can hold your hundred-dollar position. Well, now I’ve got ninety-five of your dollars. . . . [W]hat Goldman did with hundreds of billions of dollars, and what all these banks did with hundreds of billions of dollars, is they put them in the most conservative investments conceivable. They put it in T-bills. . . . [N]ow that you have hundreds of billions of dollars in T-bills, you can leverage that into trillions of dollars. . . . And then they take that trillion dollars, they give it to their day traders, and they say, “Go at it, guys. Do whatever is most lucrative today.” And so, as billions of people starve, they use that money to make billions of dollars for themselves.

Other researchers have concurred in this explanation of the food crisis. In a July 2010 article called “How Goldman Sachs Gambled on Starving the World’s Poor – And Won,” journalist Johann Hari observed:

Beginning in late 2006, world food prices began rising. A year later, wheat price had gone up 80 percent, maize by 90 percent and rice by 320 percent. Food riots broke out in more than 30 countries, and 200 million people faced malnutrition and starvation. Suddenly, in the spring of 2008, food prices fell to previous levels, as if by magic. Jean Ziegler, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, has called this “a silent mass murder”, entirely due to “man-made actions.”

Some economists said the hikes were caused by increased demand by Chinese and Indian middle class population booms and the growing use of corn for ethanol. But according to Professor Jayati Ghosh of the Centre for Economic Studies in New Delhi, demand from those countries actually fell by 3 percent over the period; and the International Grain Council stated that global production of wheat had increased during the price spike.

According to a study by the now-defunct Lehman Brothers, index fund speculation jumped from $13 billion to $260 billion from 2003 to 2008. Not surprisingly, food prices rose in tandem, beginning in 2003. Hedge fund manager Michael Masters estimated that on the regulated exchanges in the U.S., 64 percent of all wheat contracts were held by speculators with no interest whatever in real wheat. They owned it solely in anticipation of price inflation and resale. George Soros said it was “just like secretly hoarding food during a hunger crisis in order to make profits from increasing prices.”

An August 2009 paper by Jayati Ghosh, professor at the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Dehli, compared food staples traded on futures markets with staples that were not. She found that the price of food staples not traded on futures markets, such as millet, cassava and potatoes, rose only a fraction as much as staples subject to speculation, such as wheat.

Nomi Prins, writing in Mother Jones in 2008, also blamed the price hikes on speculation. She observed that agricultural futures and energy futures were being packaged and sold just like CDOs (collateralized debt obligations), but in this case they were called CCOs (collateralized commodity obligations). The higher the price of food, the more CCO investors profited. She warned:

[W]ithout strong regulation of electronic exchanges and the derivatives products that enable speculators to move huge proportions of the futures markets underlying commodities, putting a bit of regulation into the London-based exchanges will not alleviate anything. Unless that’s addressed, this bubble is going to take more than homes with it. It’s going to take lives.

What Can Be Done?

According to Kaufman, the food bubble has now increased the ranks of the world’s hungry by 250 million. On July 21, 2010, President Obama signed a Wall Street reform bill that would close many of the regulatory loopholes allowing big financial institutions to play in agriculture commodity futures markets, but Kaufman says the bill’s solutions are not likely to work. Wall Street innovators can devise new ways to speculate that easily dance around cumbersome, slow-to-pass legislation. Attempts to ban all food speculation are also unlikely to work, he says, since firms can pick up the phone and do their trades through London, or arrange over-the-counter (private) swaps.

As an alternative, Kaufman suggests a worldwide or national grain reserve, so that regulators can bring wheat into the market when needed to stabilize prices. He notes that we actually kept a large grain reserve in the Clinton era, before the mania for deregulation. President Franklin Roosevelt pledged to maintain a large grain reserve in his second Agricultural Adjustment Act in 1938.

Chris Cook, former director of a global energy exchange, maintains:

The only long term solution is to completely re-architect markets. Firstly, cutting out middlemen — which is a process already under way. Secondly, a new settlement between producer and consumer nations — a Bretton Woods II.

Speculative markets today are driven more by fear, says Cook, than by greed. Investors are looking for something safe that will give them an adequate return, which means something they can live on in retirement. They need these investments because their employers and the government do not provide an adequate safety net.

At one time, federal securities were a safe and adequate investment for retirees. Then federal interest rates plunged, and investors moved into municipal bonds. Now that market too is collapsing, due to threats of bankruptcy among bond issuers. Cities, counties and states floundering from the credit crisis have been denied access to the quantitative easing tools used to bail out the banks — although it was the banks, not local governments, that caused the crisis. Meanwhile, pensions are being slashed and social security is under attack. Arguably, along with the grain reserves institutionalized under Franklin Roosevelt, we need an Economic Bill of Rights of the sort he envisioned, one that would guarantee citizens at least a bare minimum standard of living. This could be done through job guarantees when people were able to work and social security when they were not. The program could be funded with government-created credit or government-bank-created credit, and this could be done without causing hyperinflation. To support that contention would take more space than is left here, but the subject has been tackled in my book Web of Debt. It is always difficult to have a discussion on the topic of WW II Germany, and Hitler, without having emotions run high. And understandably so. We do not believe that there is a world plot in place by those of the Jewish faith to dominate the world. We do however suspect that there is a plot in place by the major financiers and financial institutions, to control. We don’t necessarily agree with all the points made in the article you are about to read, but it certainly does raise some interesting points. An interesting perspective on World War II, and the players involved.

Many people take joy in saying Wall Street and Jewish bankers “financed Hitler.” There is plenty of documented evidence that Wall Street and Jewish bankers did indeed help finance Hitler at first, partly because it allowed the bankers to get rich (as I will describe below) and partly in order to control Stalin. However, when Germany broke free from the bankers, the bankers declared a world war against Germany.

When we look at all the facts, the charge that “Jews financed Hitler” becomes irrelevant. Los Angeles Attorney Ellen Brown discusses this topic in her book Web of Debt…

When Hitler came to power, Germany was hopelessly broke. The Treaty of Versailles had imposed crushing reparations on the German people, demanding that Germans repay every nation’s costs of the war. These costs totaled three times the value of all the property in Germany. Private currency speculators caused the German mark to plummet, precipitating one of the worst runaway inflations in modern times. A wheelbarrow full of 100 billion-mark banknotes could not buy a loaf of bread. The national treasury was empty. Countless homes and farms were lost to speculators and to private banks. Germans lived in hovels. They were starving.

Nothing like this had ever happened before – the total destruction of the national currency, plus the wiping out of people’s savings and businesses. On top of this came a global depression. Germany had no choice but to succumb to debt slavery under international bankers until 1933, when the National Socialists came to power.

At that point the German government thwarted the international banking cartels by issuing its own money. World Jewry responded by declaring a global boycott against Germany. Hitler began a national credit program by devising a plan of public works that included flood control, repair of public buildings and private residences, and construction of new roads, bridges, canals, and port facilities. All these were paid for with money that no longer came from the private international bankers.

The projected cost of these various programs was fixed at one billion units of the national currency. To pay for this, the German government (not the international bankers) issued bills of exchange, called Labor Treasury Certificates. In this way the National Socialists put millions of people to work, and paid them with Treasury Certificates. Under the National Socialists, Germany’s money wasn’t backed by gold (which was owned by the international bankers). It was essentially a receipt for labor and materials delivered to the government. Hitler said, “For every mark issued, we required the equivalent of a mark’s worth of work done, or goods produced.” The government paid workers in Certificates. Workers spent those Certificates on other goods and services, thus creating more jobs for more people. In this way the German people climbed out of the crushing debt imposed on them by the international bankers.

Within two years, the unemployment problem had been solved, and Germany was back on its feet. It had a solid, stable currency, with no debt, and no inflation, at a time when millions of people in the United States and other Western countries (controlled by international bankers) were still out of work. Within five years, Germany went from the poorest nation in Europe to the richest. Germany even managed to restore foreign trade, despite the international bankers’ denial of foreign credit to Germany, and despite the global boycott by Jewish-owned industries. Germany succeeded in this by exchanging equipment and commodities directly with other countries, using a barter system that cut the bankers out of the picture. Germany flourished, since barter eliminates national debt and trade deficits. (Venezuela does the same thing today when it trades oil for commodities, plus medical help, and so on. Hence the bankers are trying to squeeze Venezuela.)

Germany’s economic freedom was short-lived; but it left several monuments, including the famous Autobahn, the world’s first extensive superhighway. Hjalmar Schacht, a Rothschild agent who was temporarily head of the German central bank, summed it up thus… An American banker had commented, “Dr. Schacht, you should come to America. We’ve lots of money and that’s real banking.” Schacht replied, “You should come to Berlin. We don’t have money. That’s real banking.” (Schacht, the Rothschild agent, actually supported the private international bankers against Germany, and was rewarded by having all charges against him dropped at the Nuremberg trials.)

This economic freedom made Hitler extremely popular with the German people. Germany was rescued from English economic theory, which says that all currency must be borrowed against the gold owned by a private and secretive banking cartel — such as the Federal Reserve, or the Central Bank of Europe — rather than issued by the government for the benefit of the people. Canadian researcher Dr. Henry Makow (who is Jewish himself) says the main reason why the bankers arranged for a world war against Germany was that Hitler sidestepped the bankers by creating his own money, thereby freeing the German people. Worse, this freedom and prosperity threatened to spread to other nations. Hitler had to be stopped!

Makow quotes from the 1938 interrogation of C. G. Rakovsky, one of the founders of Soviet Bolshevism and a Trotsky intimate. Rakovsky was tried in show trials in the USSR under Stalin. According to Rakovsky, Hitler was at first funded by the international bankers, through the bankers’ agent Hjalmar Schacht. The bankers financed Hitler in order to control Stalin, who had usurped power from their agent Trotsky. Then Hitler became an even bigger threat than Stalin when Hitler started printing his own money. (Stalin came to power in 1922, which was eleven years before Hitler came to power.)

Rakovsky said:

“Hitler took over the privilege of manufacturing money, and not only physical moneys, but also financial ones. He took over the machinery of falsification and put it to work for the benefit of the people. Can you possibly imagine what would have come if this had infected a number of other states?” (Henry Makow, “Hitler Did Not Want War,” March 21, 2004).

Economist Henry C K Liu writes of Germany’s remarkable transformation:

“The Nazis came to power in 1933 when the German economy was in total collapse, with ruinous war-reparation obligations and zero prospects for foreign investment or credit. Through an independent monetary policy of sovereign credit and a full-employment public-works program, the Third Reich was able to turn a bankrupt Germany, stripped of overseas colonies, into the strongest economy in Europe within four years, even before armament spending began.” (Henry C. K. Liu, “Nazism and the German Economic Miracle,” Asia Times (May 24, 2005).

In Billions for the Bankers, Debts for the People (1984), Sheldon Emry commented:

“Germany issued debt-free and interest-free money from 1935 on, which accounts for Germany’s startling rise from the depression to a world power in five years. The German government financed its entire operations from 1935 to 1945 without gold, and without debt. It took the entire Capitalist and Communist world to destroy the German revolution, and bring Europe back under the heel of the Bankers.”

These facts do not appear in any textbooks today. What does appear is the disastrous runaway inflation suffered in 1923 by the Weimar Republic, which governed Germany from 1919 to 1933. Today’s textbooks use this inflation to twist truth into its opposite. They cite the radical devaluation of the German mark as an example of what goes wrong when governments print their own money, rather than borrow it from private cartels.

In reality, the Weimar financial crisis began with the impossible reparations payments imposed at the Treaty of Versailles. Hjalmar Schacht [who was never a Nazi Party member either and now it appears clear why that was the case] – the Rothschild agent who was currency commissioner for the Republic — opposed letting the German government print its own money…
“The Treaty of Versailles is a model of ingenious measures for the economic destruction of Germany. Germany could not find any way of holding its head above the water, other than by the inflationary expedient of printing bank notes.”

Schacht echoes the textbook lie that Weimar inflation was caused when the German government printed its own money. However, in his 1967 book The Magic of Money, Schacht let the cat out of the bag by revealing that it was the PRIVATELY-OWNED Reich bank, not the German government, that was pumping new currency into the economy. Thus, the PRIVATE BANK caused the Weimar hyper-inflation.

Like the U.S. Federal Reserve, the Reich bank was overseen by appointed government officials, but was operated for private gain. What drove the wartime inflation into hyperinflation was speculation by foreign investors, who sold the mark short, betting on its decreasing value. In the manipulative device known as the short sale, speculators borrow something they don’t own, sell it, and then “cover” by buying it back at the lower price.

Speculation in the German mark was made possible because the PRIVATELY OWNED Reich bank (not yet under Nazi control) made massive amounts of currency available for borrowing. This currency, like U.S. currency today, was created with accounting entries on the bank’s books. Then the funny-money was lent at compound interest. When the Reich bank could not keep up with the voracious demand for marks, other private banks were allowed to create marks out of nothing, and to lend them at interest. The result was runaway debt and inflation.

Thus, according to Schacht himself, the German government did not cause the Weimar hyperinflation. On the contrary, the government (under the National Socialists) got hyperinflation under control. The National Socialists put the Reich bank under strict government regulation, and took prompt corrective measures to eliminate foreign speculation. One of those measures was to eliminate easy access to funny-money loans from private banks. Then Hitler got Germany back on its feet by having the public government issue Treasury Certificates.

Schacht , the Rothschild agent, disapproved of this government fiat money, and wound up getting fired as head of the Reich bank when he refused to issue it. Nonetheless, he acknowledged in his later memoirs that allowing the government to issue the money it needed did not produce the price inflation predicted by classical economic theory, which says that currency must be borrowed from private cartels.

What causes hyper-inflation is uncontrolled speculation. When speculation is coupled with debt (owed to private banking cartels) the result is disaster. On the other hand, when a government issues currency in carefully measured ways, it causes supply and demand to increase together, leaving prices unaffected. Hence there is no inflation, no debt, no unemployment, and no need for income taxes.

Naturally this terrifies the bankers, since it eliminates their powers. It also terrifies the internationalists, since their control of banking allows them to buy the media, the government, and everything else.

The income tax is a benign, Constitutional tax that simply doesn't apply to the earnings of most people; the law, scores of United States Supreme Court rulings, and every other relevant authority all say so in no uncertain terms.

Knowing that fact, along with how the tax works, how it can be misapplied, and what can and should be done when it has been misapplied is the difference between being an exploited victim of a decades-old scheme that is a national disgrace and being a responsible, grown-up citizen of the Constitutionally-limited American republic that the Founders of this great country established for themselves and their posterity.

I say "responsible, grown-up citizen" because one of the key mechanisms the Founders provided in their federal Constitutional design in order to ensure that the "dangerous servant and terrible master" they were reluctantly creating stayed within its intended limits was leaving control over how much wealth the government could take directly from the citizenry entirely in the hands of each individual American. The Founders relied upon each American to use this control to enforce the limits on our servant government.

This Constitutional mechanism remains intact (the 16th Amendment notwithstanding), and all income-tax-related federal and state laws conform to that mechanism and its purpose faithfully and precisely.

I know that sounds fantastic (as in, "a fantasy"). However, the federal and state governments have been steadily acknowledging the truth of what I say for years now. You can tell if something’s the truth or not by this one criterion. If they pass a law that says you have to believe a certain story in a certain way, you can be certain that that certain story they’re trying to get you to believe is a lie.

This is how the cynical Jewish Holocaust mythology has clamped a mindlock on free thought throughout the world, much in the same way that Constantine’s politically astute creation of Christianity, all those centuries ago, trapped human thinking into a giant iron box which turned every aspect of everyone’s lives into a questionable gift with a hefty price.
You only got “peace of mind” IF . . . you followed God’s holy laws.

And this was a god that this Roman emperor created, a deity whose very name was decided by a VOTE of — to use an oft-quoted description — “a synod of fools and madmen.” Talk about a psyop.

What an alluring advertising campaign! Eternal life if you just follow our simple rules (which the people who invented and enforced these rules never really followed themselves). Now, the Jews have changed that human ethos to: “Be respectful of our cleverly contrived suffering so that we may rob you and profane you more easily.” Quite a drop in expectations, I’d say, yet another relevant barometric reading of the controlled devolution of humanity.

So it is with the word “Zionist,” now in fashion with all the Jews who pretend to be critical of Israel and some minor aspect of the Jewish prostitution of reality, as well as those many sycophantic non Jews who generally explain their support in vague terms like “they know on which side their bread is buttered,” which is the remark of a true slave and faux human being, uttered by all those who seek to curry favor from the Jews.

Using the word “Zionist” when the more accurate appellation would by “Jew” shows that the speaker is implying that the general run of Jews isn’t responsible for all this depraved horror with bloody Jewish fingerprints all over it, but also that there actually are Jews who genuinely and truly oppose this omnidirectional carnage that the Jewish philosophy has wreaked upon the world.

I believe this contention to be false, and that all Jews — especially the ones who say they’re atheists! — are imbued from birth — through circumcision and the repetition of pathological rituals — with a reflexive motivation that subconsciously adheres them to defense of their tribe no matter how many lies they tell themselves and others that they are true human beings working for the betterment of humanity, and no matter how many Jewish atrocities and crimes against humanity they have to cover up to do it.

I think the acutely deteriorated condition of today’s world verifies this.

And I believe that it is the very nature of the Talmud AND the Torah, Judaism’s supposedly ‘holy’ books, which contain the most depraved statements ever made by humans, that guarantees this is so.

So when supposedly “hip” websites and spokespeople like Rense, Jones, Information Clearinghouse and various other popular news sources glibly use the term “Zionist” to describe the 360 degrees of depravity now engulfing us all, I hear the word as just another synonym the Jews use to conceal the true identity of the real perpetrators who are running the world into the ground just so they can get rich and control everybody.

This is demonstrably pathological behavior, and it is what runs the world.

You simply cannot retain your ethnic/racial/sociological label as a Jew and be opposed to the depredations that the Jewish philosophy have unleashed upon nonmembers of this diabolical tribe. No practicing Jew is going to sabotage the success of the Jewish crime scheme; hence, all Jews participating in this discussion are not to be trusted for obvious reasons. There is no way to pretend that Judaism offers any other universal value than slavery.

Therefore, all those of Jewish heritage who genuinely oppose their own philosophy of destruction and depravity are no longer Jews, but human beings working to expose the deadly projection of psychological fear that the Jews use to deaden their own consciences.

This renders the term Zionist only of use in describing those non Jews who have been hypnotized by the cynical mystifications of Christian Zionism, which were invented by Scofield and Darby, agenturs of the Jewish conspiracy, to subvert Christianity from within by inserting an Israeli aegis to the Bible that previously did not exist and hijack the Hebrew heritage for their own profitable purposes.

The bigger question is this.

“How do you trust someone who has constantly lied to you for three thousand years?”

Ponder the synonyms that Jews have used to conceal their identity, or at least deflect or stall people from ascertaining true facts.

Zionist, Communist, anarchist, liberal, Bolshevik, socialist, lesbian, equal opportunity, Jacobin, Shabbatean Frankist . . . all these labels send people concerned with the problems these groups have created down blind alleys, false avenues of investigation, tracking what are only splinter groups of the one central, evil sanctioning central group, which is the Jewish Sanhedrin, the ultimate Jewish “religious”

authority which issues such compassionate pronouncements as a Jew can commit any kind of crime anywhere in the world, and then flee to Israel and be forever free of any prosecution for those crimes, or, “non Jews exist only to serve Jews.”

All these deceptive substitute labels were created as smokescreens for the word “Jew.” The situation can be instantly remedied in your mind by understanding that all these endeavors with all these names and philosophical explanations are all synonyms aimed at camouflaging the words “Judaism” or “Jewish”.

And as I’ve said so many times before, the Talmud and the Torah are the prime motivators of human evil in the world, the heart of demented darkness in human history.

So the disingenuous protestations of Jews and Jew wannabes who wish to be either excluded or concealed from the blame of Israelis for being the ugliest and least trustworthy people in the world — all because of their demonstrably insane religion — don’t resonate in my ears anymore.

This appeal to fairness and human compassion that the Jews always use doesn’t work with me anymore — this is how they got Christians to be meek and submissive — because the Jews urge fairness and compassion from other people, but don’t practice it themselves. This should have told us long ago that this actually means they can never be trusted, under any circumstances.

Three thousand years of evidence proves this.

But the question you keep running into is this.

“Surely, you don’t mean it’s all Jews?”

Yes, I absolutely do. Anyone who calls themselves a Jew is by definition endorsing the loveless exploitation of humanity. To defend Jews, Judaism or Jewishness in any way is a moral crime against humanity, because Judaism commands its followers to kill or enslave all the non Jews in the world and take their property without penalty.

Judaism is, without question, the unnatural cause of our upcoming and imminent deaths.

And anyone who uses the term Zionist in conjunction with anything at all is working for the Jews, assisting in the concealment of who is really responsible for creeping bloody horror that now promises to end all our lives prematurely by their pathologically destructive behavior. They are helping the Jews hide behind a distracting label, and in this, are able to distance themselves from the guilt of their own crimes against humanity.

POINT OF CLARIFICATION: There appears to be some confusion regarding the federal lawsuit so I would like to take this opportunity to provide some clarification. Some believe that I'm asking the court to determine the legal status of Hawai`i as a sovereign and independent State. This is not so. Whenever a lawsuit is filed, whether criminal or civil, there has to be a dispute. By definition, a dispute is "a conflict or controversy; a conflict of claims or rights; an assertion of a right, claim, or demand on one side, met by contrary claims or allegations on the other." My particular dispute is with the Federal Defendants (Clinton, Gates and Willard), who I allege are liable because as a result of not faithfully executing the Lili`uokalani assignment, which is to administer Hawaiian Kingdom law, I was convicted of a felony under U.S. law through the State of Hawai`i, and since the indictment of attempted theft of real estate was manufactured, because you can't steal or attempt to steal land, it also constituted a violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention and Title 18 U.S.C. §2441(c)(1) regarding warcrimes which is defined as depriving a protected person of a fair and regular trial. My trial was neither fair nor regular. I contend Federal Defendants are liable and they are supposed to say "no we're not." Instead of answering the complaint to deny or accept the allegations, the Federal Defendants chose to attack the complaint on procedural grounds, which I completely expected. Since I filed the lawsuit under the Alien Tort Statute, alleging I'm an alien (Hawaiian subject) and the violation of the treaty (Lili`uokalani assignment) took place outside of the United States (in the Hawaiian Kingdom), they had to attack procedurally because if they answered and responded to my allegations they accept the court's jurisdiction under the Alien Tort Statute where I'm an alien and the violation took place outside of the U.S. So, in essence, the U.S. District Attorney would have to show that I'm not an alien, and to do this he would have to show that Hawai`i was lawfully annexed to the United States, thereby making the Hawaiian Kingdom to be the State of Hawai`i and my citizenship American and not Hawaiian.

In the U.S. Attorney's motion to dismiss they said the complaint fails on 4 procedural grounds: (1) the court cannot exercise jurisdiction because Hawai`i was admitted as State of the Federal Union in 1959 by Congress and as such it's a political question; (2) that Federal and State Courts in court decisions already determined that the Kingdom doesn't exist and therefore I have no claim upon which relief can be granted; (3) the complaint was not written according to the rules; and (4) the Statute of Limitation ran out because a complaint should have been filed 6 years after Congress admitted Hawai`i as a State in 1959. My Opposition to their motion refuted all four: (1) the 1959 Statehood Act is an internal law of the U.S. passed by Congress and has no effect outside of U.S. territory, and therefore cannot be argued by Defendants without violating the Lili`uokalani assignment; (2) Federal and State Courts did not rule on the Kingdom because every decision stated the "defendants provided no evidence"; (3) the complaint had to be written in that form because this information was never presented before any court of the U.S., and also because I'm representing myself I am given latitude; and (4) the Alien Tort Statute provides a Statute of Limitations to actually be 10 years after an injury to an alien occured, which began in 2005. In its reply to my opposition, the Federal Defendants did not press the 2nd and 3rd grounds, but are relying only on the 1st ground, which is that Hawai`i became a State in 1959. I then filed a response to their reply clarifying the weakness of their argument. An oral hearing should be set by the court in the near future.

The outcome of the pleadings is that it chiseled the matters regarding jurisdiction of the court, where the point of contention between the Federal Defendants and myself, as Plaintiff, is whether or not the 1959 Statehood Act prevents the court from exercising jurisdiction over the case because it is a political question. The U.S. Attorney is arguing that I'm challenging the legality of the State of Hawai`i, and therefore the challenge is a political question because they contend that the legal status of Hawai`i was committed to Congress and not the court. But I am not challenging the legality of the State of Hawai`i. Instead I am utilizing my indictment, conviction and sentencing by the State of Hawai`i as evidence of the violation of the Lili`uokalani assignment, and therefore my rights as a third-party beneficiary of the assignment. The State of Hawai`i can't exist at the same time as the Hawaiian Kingdom. Since there is a presumption of continuity on the part of the Hawaiian Kingdom, because U.S. President John Tyler afforded recognition as an independent State in 1842, and President Cleveland entered into an agreement with the Hawaiian Kingdom's Queen in 1893 temporarily assigning executive power to administer Hawaiian Kingdom law, the U.S. Attorney cannot claim that Congress affected the status of the Hawaiian Kingdom by passing an internal law claiming Hawai`i was the 50th State in 1959, which is 66 years after the fact. The U.S. Attorney cannot get around the fact that Congressional laws have no force beyond the borders of the United States. Instead, what the U.S. Attorney was supposed to have done was show that the Hawaiian Kingdom became a part of the United States under international law, which would have succeeded the Lili`uokalani assignment and effectively allow Congress to transform Hawai`i from a Territory into a State of the Federal Union as well as having altered by alien status from a Hawaiian subject to a citizen of the United States.

ADDITIONAL POINT OF CLARIFICATION: There has also been some question as to why I'm requesting the Court to supplement the Complaint by reinstating President Obama and adding 35 Diplomats from Foreign States who have Consulates in Hawai`i. When President Obama was initially listed as a defendant in the original complaint along with the other Federal Defendants, it was because he is the successor of President Cleveland, and the only reason I had to remove him as a defendant was because of the U.S. Supreme Court case Nixon v. Fitzgerald decided in 1982. Since the filing of the lawsuit, President Obama has continued to violate the terms of the executive agreement (Lili`uokalani assignment) by administering U.S. Federal law in Hawai`i and not Hawaiian Kingdom law. Also Defendants Clinton, Gates and Willard have also continued to violate the executive agreement (Lili`uokalani assignment) by accrediting 35 foreign Consulates in Hawai`i under U.S. foreign relations law as well as meeting with China's military in Honolulu as well as Japan's Foreign Minister.

The First Amended Complaint specifically asks the Court "For a Judgment or Order Awarding PLAINTIFF all temporary and preliminary injunctive and ancillary relief as may be necessary to avert the likelihood of continuous injury during the pendency of this action and to preserve the possibility of effective final relief," and "For a Judgment or Order Preliminarily and Permanently enjoining DEFENDANTS from continuing to violate the Lili`uokalani assignment." An injunction is a "court order prohibiting something from being done or commanding something to be done." Since the U.S. Attorney has not provided any evidence denying the existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the Lili`uokalani assignment, nor has he provided any evidence that Hawai`i was annexed to the U.S., is precisely why President Obama and the other 35 Diplomats needed to be added as Defendants to the Complaint because of the request for an injunction.

According to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, foreign States can't be sued for punitive damages, but can be sued for injunctive relief. As for President Obama, Nixon v. Fitzgerald would give immunity to the President from lawsuits, but President Obama can't claim to be a bona fide President since the U.S. Constitution requires the President to be a natural born citizen. Since President Obama was born in the Hawaiian Kingdom, and not born in the United States, he is a President de facto (in fact). Nixon v. Fitzgerald only applies to Presidents de jure (by law). I am not claiming Barack Obama is not a U.S. citizen, because he is by his mother (jus sanguinis). He is, however, not a natural born citizen (jus soli), which is a constitutional requirement to be President. During occupations of a country, international law prevents individuals from acquiring the citizenship of the occupied country through birth on the soil (jus soli) and can only acquire citizenship from their parents (jus sanguinis).

According to Professor Von Glahn, "the nationality of the inhabitants of occupied areas does not ordinarily change through the mere fact that temporary rule of a foreign government has been instituted, inasmuch as military occupation does not confer de jure sovereignty upon an occupant. Thus under the laws of most countries children born in territory under enemy occupation possess the nationality of their parents." See Gehard von Glahn, The Occupation of Enemy Territory: A Commentary on the Law and Practice of Belligerent Occupation (University of Minnesota Press 1957), 60. Therefore, individuals born in the Hawaiian Kingdom while under occupation since August 12, 1898 during the Spanish-American War can only acquire the citizenship of their parents (jus sanguinis). Hawaiian subjects today must be a direct descendent of a Hawaiian subject by parentage, irrespective of ethnicity, as of August 12, 1898.

ADDITIONAL POINT OF CLARIFICATION: For those who may find it difficult to understand the latest round of pleadings concerning my reply to the U.S. Attorney's opposition to request for supplementing the complaint with additional defendants, here's some further explanation. According to Rule 15(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, defendants may be added by amending the complaint if it would provide a complete adjudication of the dispute and won't prejudice the original defendants in the case. The Court must give its permission first before adding on new defendants. The U.S. Attorney is opposing the addition of new defendants by arguing I'm attempting to throw a "monkey wrench" in the proceedings, i.e. filing it in bad faith, therefore "unfairly prejudice Defendants and hamper the Court's ability to manage its docket." They're trying to influence the judge so she will deny my request to supplement my first amended complaint with additional defendants. This is why I needed to file a reply to their argument, where I needed to clarify that its not filed in bad faith, but rather as a direct response to Defendants' continued violation of the Lili`uokalani assignment since the lawsuit was filed on June 1, 2010. The Alien Tort Statute allows individuals to be liable to a tort action if there exists a direct "nexus" or connection to U.S. government officials regarding an injury to an alien, which in this case, there is a direct nexus between foreign states and the Defendants by there own actions since the lawsuit began. President Obama was also identified as a new defendant along with the 35 foreign officials because he has continued to impose U.S. federal law in the Hawaiian Islands since the lawsuit was filed, and Nixon v. Fitzgerald cannot give him immunity because he's not a natural born U.S. citizen, which is a constitutional requirement to be President. In my reply I also further explain why the U.S. Attorney's reliance on the political question doctrine cannot be an affirmative defense to my complaint, which consequently cannot prevent my request to add new defendants. To ensure good faith on my part, I also stated that my Motion to Supplement (Amend) will follow the hearing on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss.

* If the Judge grants the Defendants' motion to dismiss I will appeal to the 2nd Circuit, and if the Judge denies the motion to dismiss, the U.S. Attorney will surely appeal.
* If the 2nd Circuit overrules the Judge's decision to dismiss, the case would be remanded to the District Court where my Motion to Supplement will be heard.
* If the 2nd Circuit affirms the Judges decision to dismiss, I will request for an en banc (entire bench) rehearing in the same fashion as Kamehameha Schools did in Doe v. Kamehameha.
* If the en banc overrules the 3 judge appellate panel of the 2nd Circuit, the case would be remanded to the District Court for hearing on the Motion to Supplement. If not, I appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

My pleadings were intended to fully elucidate or explain this apparent complexing case of why the Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist and the effects of the Lili`uokalani assignment and a tort injury I suffered from Defendants who were responsible for faithfully executing the assignment. Through these pleadings I have been preparing for an appeal from either side.

My Motion to Supplement the amended complaint with additional defendants who are officials of foreign states was not only prompted by the open and explicit actions taken by the Defendants during the lawsuit, but also put the foreign officials on notice of their violation of Hawaiian sovereignty and international law. I sent letters to these foreign officials apprising them of my intention to add them as defendants to the lawsuit along with copies of the treaties their country has with the Hawaiian Kingdom, which are still binding. In the letter to the French Ambassador, I end with "While permission is being sought from the Court to add Your Excellency as a defendant, may I suggest Your Excellency's government inquire into the pleadings of the case at the abovementioned URL, as well as the current legal status of the 1857 Hawaiian-French Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation, that remains legally binding today between our two countries." Anyone with regular and steady access to the Inter Net will eventually begin to receive literally thousands of e-mails detailing just what’s wrong (or going to be wrong) with the world. Some of the alleged information has strained the credibility of the most gullible, wide-eyed, pro-Paradigm-Shift, rapture-expectant, Chicken Little. Admittedly, many of the stories have been extremely entertaining, and in some cases, incredibly creative (emphasis on the word “incredible”). At the same time, however, there are some revelations which not only have a fair chance of catching your attention, but which indeed may make you wonder -- perhaps even worry -- about the condition of the human species.

One problem in dealing with alleged conspiracies is the art of Discrimination between truth and fantasy -- the weeding out of Illusions in order to get to the heart of the matter. This ability, or lack thereof, was highlighted in the movie, Conspiracy Theory, starring Mel Gibson, Julia Roberts, and Patrick Stewart. Mel’s character, for example, had bought into so many different conspiracies that when one was effectively verified by a reaction that threatened him with retaliation, he had no idea which conspiracy had been proven true! The fact that Mel’s character was also demonstrably mentally unbalanced only complicated the issue.

One might recall Frank Zappa's sage advice:

"The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way, and you will see a brick wall at the back of the theater."

In another context , in the movie A Brilliant Mind, Russell Crowe’s character is that of a Noble Laureate who prior to his just recognition had developed an illusion of several non-existent individuals who served him in various manners. The impact of the movie may be due in some respects with the manner in which it treated an individual’s ability to create illusions for better or worse. Creating Reality is a marvelous technique, but there is the occasional need for ensuring that it’s reality that’s being created. In point of fact, we all have our cherished illusions of one thing or another, and furthermore, if one is to believe certain philosophical and religious traditions, all the world is maya, i.e. illusion.

It is perhaps a fundamental truth that illusions are not necessarily the stuff of crazy making, but in some cases may have a profound usefulness -- i.e. it takes us to where our destiny is determined to lead us. In this regard, Richard Bach’s Illusions, The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah is an excellent (and brief) read. And for further thought on the matter, there is the short poem, The Brilliant Mind.

The one that really gets one's attention is: "If we were to say that all of these conspiracies are true, how would you feel? If we said they are all false, how would you feel? If your answer to either one brought up great emotions one way of the other, there is something about conspiracies for you to uncover."

Even the word "conspiracy" carries a host of meanings. Vibrani, for example, notes that "The word itself: 'con' means 'get to know, learn, get by heart, commit to memory; peruse, scan; differentiate.' It also means 'directing the steering of a ship from a commanding position.'" At the same time, "spiracy" comes from the Latin root "spirare", which means "to breathe" or "spirit". Alternatively, "piracy" means "robber, marauder, or literary or other plundering; attempt; attack (which is related to peril, danger." The latter sounds a bit more threatening, but when combined with "cons" is not quite so lethal. "Fear of the unknown is the real bugaboo." Therefore, learn!

Meanwhile...

Let Me See If I’ve Got This Right...

Given the plethora of conspiracy theories currently circling the planet, it is perhaps worthwhile to stop a moment and attempt to summarize -- perhaps Synthesize -- most all of the “stuff” of these various conspiracies. For example...

M It’s been said many times that a person can get away with murder!

* In other words, OJ Simpson was guilty as sin -- despite the prosecution’s admitted “reasonable doubt” on the first degree murder charge. (The prosecution, which was apparently worried about the unlikelihood of the jury finding OJ guilty of first degree murder, added a second degree (unpremeditated) murder charge just before the case went to the jury. However, it probable that OJ wasn’t guilty of second degree murder because nobody wears gloves in sunny southern California unless they’re definitely planning on killing someone! Thus there is reasonable doubt on both charges!)

* On a larger scale, statistics from New York State indicate only 20% of homicides result in anyone being indicted and only 75% of those result in a conviction. (That works out to 15 out of a 100 murders actually resulting in a conviction. Hmmmm...)

* The police statistic which says most homicides are committed by someone who was related or closely associated with the victim is really based on the fact that if it’s not someone obvious, the police don’t have a clue as to who really committed the crime.

* Even if the police have a good idea of who did it, they are unlikely to get a conviction if the suspect(s) refuse to cooperate (i.e. in the manner of Jon Benet’s parents).

* As a result of the above, the local police are now known as the “Gang in Blue” by virtue of the fact that they: 1) wear the same colors, 2) are heavily armed and dangerous, 3) are anathema to other gangs, and 4) come to the aid and support of their other fellow gang members no matter of what they’re charged or guilty of doing.

M Speaking of murder, the FBI can’t be trusted because:

* An FBI sharpshooter can kill an innocent woman and her child and get away with it -- based on the Federal Government’s immunity for its employees acting in the “line of duty” -- but will still later compensate the father/survivor (Ruby Ridge).

* The FBI (and ATF) knew about the Oklahoma City disaster beforehand (all of their agents were out of the office at the time of the bombing), and there is considerable evidence of explosives in the bombing which could not have come from the still alleged McVeigh/Nichols truck bomb -- thus implicating the FBI as part of the conspiracy.

* The FBI committed wholesale murder at Waco (and where the survivors were later tried, found innocent by a jury, and then sentenced to prison by the judge).

* The FBI can allow a felon to go free, and an innocent man to rot in jail, because of the expediency of having the former provide alleged incriminating testimony of others.

* The prospects of finding out what happened to TWA 800 are small to negligible, if only because the “national police”, the FBI: 1) took over the investigation from the FAA teams who normally handled such matters, 2) ignored half the evidence (e.g. 70 some odd eye-witness reports that they saw a missile trail), and 3) tried to browbeat other witnesses into testifying to something other than what they saw.

* The FBI -- and the CIA -- both had information on the probability of attacks related to 9-11-2001 and did nothing about it. The reason they did nothing is that the powers that be -- including President Bush -- knew beforehand of the impending attack (in one form or another), and that the attacks were allowed to proceed (or nothing was done to prevent them) in order to have a cause in which the country could be rallied around the Bush Administrtion, and so that the country could then have the justification to launch a war on Afghanistan, Iraq, and essentially any other country in the world with substantial oil reserves. (Please take note, Saudi Arabia!)

So far, this reminds me of the quote from the Athenian Solon (638-559 BC):

“Laws are like spider’s webs, which hold firm when any light, yielding object fall upon them, while a larger thing breaks through and escapes.”

This is all rather sad. But continuing on, you’re also telling me that...

M This same FBI intends to tap all phones in America (according to a 1992 report by the General Accounting Office, entitled “FBI Advanced Wiretapping Technologies Pose Wiretapping Challenges”):

* That this omnibus wiretapping is viable because of the facts that:

1) A telephone can now be made “hot on the hook” (i.e. turned into a microphone even when hung up and not in use -- in effect, cellular telephones can be used to locate the person carrying the unit), and

2) A group of CRAY IV computers can be used to record all phone calls, faxes, e-mails, microwave transmissions (e.g. cellular telephones), and even conversations, and immediately look for key words by the use of a “Dictionary” computer program (three hundred or so words, numbers and addresses) and subsequent human analysis.

* That such universal monitoring of phone calls and electronic transmissions obviously violates the Fourth Amendment’s protection against “unreasonable searches”;

* And that according to Senator Frank Church (D-Idaho), the eavesdropping technology is now so sophisticated that any dictator (current or future) could impose “total tyranny” on America because “there would be no place to hide”.

* The fallout from 9-11-2001 has further aggravated the situation, such that the unpatriotic, so-called Patriot Act gives Carte Blanche to a fundamentalist, out-of-control Attorney General to imprison anyone, without the necessity of adhering to; 1) charges being filed, 2) due process, 3) right to an attorney, 4) Trial by Jury, or 5) the anything else in the Constitution for the United States of America.

* That there is every reason to believe that high ranking members of the federal government allowed the 9-11-2001 disaster to occur -- using the tragedy as a means of going to war with Afghanistan and Iraq, and thereby establishing a military presence in the Middle East (an otherwise very difficult political position to sell), and that in effect, The War on Terrorism is Bogus.

* That in the wings -- awaiting the next traumatic attack upon the United States -- is a Patriot Act II, which allows the Bush Administration to get away with virtually anything in its fanatical, religious quest to do away with Free Speech, any semblance of Justice, and to pursue its imperialistic agenda to restructure the power in the Middle East (allegedly for good and noble reasons, but in actuality because of gross stupidity).

M Worse yet, you’ve told me that Big Brother is already watching us...

* Speed cameras and stoplight cameras are proliferating, despite the fact that their use encourages local governments to: 1) commit fraud when they fail to properly serve citations, 2) violate the most basic conflict of interests concerns by demanding money for alleged violations of Victimless Crimes, and 3) split the proceeds of all fines and penalties with the private company who makes (and adjusts) the cameras.

* So-called private e-mails are often kept on file at the Server, and can easily be delivered to any law-enforcement or other agency (including private investigators).

* Electronic implants are available which can track everything from pets to Alzheimer’s patients to prison inmates and parolees to soldiers and sailors to executives to employees (eliminating time cards or “sick day” attendance at baseball games) to ordinary citizens and to anyone suspect of anything -- that they can be easily installed in an earlobe (but not necessarily as easily removed for privacy prone individuals -- maybe Vincent Van Gogh had a premonition!).

* Police departments are now taking courses in Technical Remote Viewing (TRV) -- the latter described as “the acquisition and description, by mental means, of information blocked from ordinary perception by distance, shielding or time”. Also, “the use of TRV in field work (patrol), field inquiries and interrogations, building and area searches, increased intuitiveness and police survival, crime scene reconstruction in ‘real time’, future crime trends/suspect placement concepts, and the use of TRV to ‘track’ mobile suspects and to access the suspect’s mind/mental state.” [If the latter emphasis added doesn’t scare the barn carpeting out of you, nothing will!]

* Privacy is a thing of the past -- despite the Constitution for the United States of America’s guarantee.

* Stray thoughts or unorthodox ideas can get you into serious trouble -- e.g. Pat Robertson’s advocating stoning for UFO enthusiasts.

M Much of this may not make a difference in the coming years because...

* Instead of inflation, the world will discover deflation (where the prices of goods and services fall, along with wages, benefits, the values of homes and certain other assets -- making it easy to have home equities vanish or turn negative overnight).

* The IRS, despite its protestations to the contrary, may find that people will fail to file their individual income tax returns because:

1) Too many people have realized the federal income tax is voluntary for non-federal-government employees, and failing to file is okay if you simply assert your rights (see, for example, the WEPIN Store on how to “unvolunteer” from the IRS), and

2) Others have realized that the 16th Amendment (allowing Congress to levy taxes on incomes) has never been properly ratified by the individual States.

* When bank accounts close and the economy collapses, the National Guard will arrive on the scene to re-establish order by military means (they already have contingency plans underway), and also in order to enforce FEMA’s drive to become supreme ruler of the land. FEMA will become the horror it’s been designed to be by virtue of its powers:

1) To separate families (in order to maintain control over any potentially obstinate individuals who have some crazy idea about constitutional rights),

2) To confiscate goods and supplies from anyone who had the foresight to store up for a rainy Y2K style day or any day thereafter, and

3) To press anyone into service (without compensation -- i.e. slavery) in order to accomplish FEMA’s nefarious goals.

M On a more worldly perspective...

* The IMF (International Monetary Fund) has set the third world up by sending in billions of dollars -- to be shared among the ruling elite and their friends -- but which must now be repaid by the starving masses.

* The IMF will be able to extend austerity and economically crippling measures to these same countries, and thus extend the misery and horror.

* The Transnational Corporations (TNCs) will be excessively compensated for their stupidity in pouring moneys into the third world countries.

* The TNCs will further gain power by such acts as the MAI, which allows private companies to violate all sorts of employee and/or environmental protection laws by virtue of the companies being transnational and the fact that obeying the “local” laws of any sovereign nation might be unprofitable.

M The coming era of TNC sovereignty, we’ve been told, includes:

* Paying Haitian workers 6 cents for every pair of Disney “101 Dalmatians” outfits that Disney sells for $20, paying Salvadoran women 12 cents for every $20 GAP t-shirt, paying Indonesians minimum wages of $2.36 per day, Chinese 80 cents a day, and employing 250 million children (ages 5 - 14) throughout the world where they’re exposed to harmful conditions, pesticide poisoning, malaria, tetanus, and whooping cough (and recalling that in Haiti, milk, eggs, cereal and gas are more expensive than in New York).

* Paying Nike CEO Phil Knight excessive wages and benefits, while his dividends from the third quarter of 1996 alone was $80 million dollars -- and while 75% of Nike’s shoe production occurs in countries where it is illegal to form independent trade unions.

* Paying in wages and stock options Mattel CEO John Amerman more ($30 million) than the combined salary of 11,000 Mattel workers making Barbie dolls in China (BTW, there are more barbie dolls on the planet than residents of the US - 267 million.)

* Only Arcata, California passing a ballot issue which creates a program to ensure democratic control over corporations conducting business within the city.

M You’ve also said that Monsanto (the St. Louis chemical giant)...

* Has been combining genetically engineered food crops (e.g. soybeans, potatoes, corn) with traditionally grown ingredients (including those labeled as organic), and that the nation’s food safety authority -- the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) -- does not require genetically engineered food crops to be labeled as such (in large part due to the fact that a Monsanto employee on leave to the FDA wrote the rules);

* Has it’s New Leaf Superior potato legally registered as a pesticide with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and as such the FDA does not regulate this potato because the FDA does not have the authority to regulate pesticides -- and the EPA figures its safe because mice are not harmed by eating pure samples of the “active ingredient” in the pesticide, and thus must be okay for humans;

* Has avoided having to include on the label for its pesticidal potatoes that the potato has been genetically engineered -- this despite the fact that food labeling is an FDA responsibility, that the EPA has passed the food labeling responsibility to the FDA, that the FDA wants nothing to do with a pesticide, and so forth and so on. {Monsanto’s director of corporate communications, Phil Angell, has said, “Our interest is in selling as much of it [biotech foods] as possible. Assuring its safety is the FDA’s job.”}

* Has used a bacteria, Bacillus Thuriengensis (Bt) -- which humans must avoid inhaling or getting into an open wound -- which has been useful for organic farmers, but because of the manner in which Monsanto’s is using Bt, the bacteria will now allow insects to develop a resistance (and thus deprive organic farmers of a beneficial product);

* Has tirelessly promoted pesticides for farming in order to make the farmers dependent upon synthetic chemicals -- despite the fact that Monsanto has acknowledged that “current agricultural technology is not sustainable” -- and now plans to shift farmers from the pesticide treadmill to a biotech treadmill;

* Has developed a “terminator” seed, which is intended to end the millennial old practice of farmers saving a portion of their harvest to provide seeds for the next year’s crop -- and furthermore has required farmers buying their seeds to sign a contract that the farmer will not retain any of their crop for next year’s crop (and then used informants and Pinkertons to bring legal action in order to enforce the contract -- and potentially caused the deaths of 600 farmers in India who committed suicide in the space of a few months);

* Has begun the process of owning (though patents) and controlling (through coercion and other methods) the biological underpinnings of life; and

* Has joined the other TNCs in their quest to reach into our lives and exploit people, animals, and other lifeforms -- through whatever legal loopholes they can find -- in their rapacious pursuit of profits.

MMMMMIt follows that if the supposed Monsanto conspiracy is successful in monopolizing the production of seeds for all food crops, and that via this scenario, if the Monsanto seed factories are subsequently destroyed by the actions of terrorists or other enemies, then an overwhelming majority of the population will starve to death before the remaining perennial seeds can produce enough new seeds. (All of which could go along away toward dealing with the over-population problem, or the World Depopulation agenda... in case you were searching for the silver lining.)

M But perhaps this is not the problem, if as you say...

* There is an organism called Pfiestera piscicida (feisty terrible fish killer?) that excretes poison to stun its victims, and then uses an enzyme to dissolve their flesh -- and that these little beauties have already killed a billion fish off North Carolina, have affected humans in a variety of ways, including memory loss... Whoa! Where was I? Oh yes... the killer organism has already expanded its range to include the North Sea, but was probably spawned (pardon the pun) by “nutrient runoff” from animal waste from intensive farming (such as chicken manure -- Tyson’s main staple -- from poultry farms).

* Contaminated water has caused frog deformities and abnormalities, and because frogs are considered “sentinel species”, this bodes ill for other species, including humans.

* Thousands of tropical fish have begun dying off in reefs off the coast of Florida to as far away as Aruba and Venezuela -- the die-off is due to a mysterious disease that covers fish with lesions or a blotchy white slime, and leaves them emaciated/disoriented.

* As many as one million people died in a North Korean famine, where cannibalism (primarily people killing and eating their own infants) reached horrifying levels (perhaps in an effort to avoid all those diseased fish);

* Cartoons on television (Nintendo’s “Pocket Monsters”) has apparently triggered convulsions among hundreds (at least 650) of children in Japan (another fish story?).

* A highly contagious eye disease has reached epidemic proportions in Cuba and has apparently entered the U. S., bringing symptoms of eye redness, burning and extreme tearing to facial paralysis, severe neurological disorder, and loss of vision.

* Tuberculosis has rebounded in Russia, where there are 90,000 new cases each year (and which lead to 25,000 deaths) -- the U.S. suffering only about 1,600 deaths.

* White Nile fever is now running rampant, along with anthrax love letters being sent to one and all.

* And of course, Smallpox has returned from the dead (pardon the pun) to pose its own unique threat -- including the spectre of Mandatory Vaccinations and the inevitable horror and misery implicit in the misguided use of Vaccines.

One might take comfort in the availability of vaccines and drugs in the United States in order to combat these terrors...

* There is no credible evidence that Vaccines have ever reduced the likelihood of sickness or death, and that to the contrary have caused more problems than they’ve ever been reputed to have solved.

* Just as tuberculosis, once believed to have been eradicated by modern medicine, has now returned in more virulent, drug-resistant strains, polio may have returned under the code name, chronic fatigue syndrome (myalgic enceopalomyelitis), and that in fact the polio vaccine only suppressed the polio virus such that it was replaced with the Coxsackie virus (often found in elevated levels in chronic fatigue syndrome patients). {The original three polio viruses have now been replaced with 72 polio-like viruses.}

* The United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO?) has used 3 different brands of tetanus vaccine (none of which had ever been licensed for sale and distribution) in one of its many programs, but apparently lied when WHO claimed that “tetanus toxoid does not have a contraceptive effect or contain any hormones; the vaccine contains no abortifacients” (this despite WHO’s $356 million investment in “reproductive research”).

* The potential mandatory vaccination for Smallpox will kill more people than all the combination of every vaccine on the planet could hope to save.

M On top of everything else, you’ve also said that:

* Prozac, commonly given to youth as a treatment for depression (such as the depression which may be occurring after reading all of this), has been listed to have side effects of hallucinations, apathy, hostility, irrational ideas (like Prozac might be beneficial), paranoid reactions, antisocial behavior (e.g. Eli Lilly of Indianapolis’ marketing of the drug), hysteria (upon learning about the drug), and suicidal thoughts. Also part of the Prozac package is the fact that most of the mindless homicidal shooting sprees of recent years have found an abnormally high percentage of killers that were on Prozac or a related drug (pathogen, poison, or anathema to life substance). As for the few who went off the drug, they began suffering serious withdrawal symptoms, including killing others.

* Anthrax and other chemical or bacteriological warfare means (i.e. those which unlike Prozac were previously marketed under “ways to kill your enemies”) are easily available to terrorists throughout the world, including fire sales of the latest combinations of Anthrax and Ebola viruses from the germ warfare centers of the former Soviet Union. (Note that Anthrax vaccines are not expected to have any beneficial effects against “weapons-grade Anthrax, which was developed to do an end run around the vaccines.)

* Iraq may be hiding nuclear weapons, but Russia is simply finding it difficult to find theirs -- even while Murmansk has 200 non functioning nuclear reactors and tens of thousands of fuel rods haphazardly stored at Russian bases, with enough damaged nuclear reactor parts and spent fuel rods aboard the retired Russian supply ship, Lepse, to poison the earth’s entire population (as much radioactivity as 1986’s Chernobyl reactor).

Wait a minute!!! Can I really trust what you’ve said!?? Why haven’t I heard about this on the nightly news or read about it in the papers? Or heard some official pronouncement?

* According to the Pew Research Center for People and the Press, only 22% of Americans say they have a lot of trust in their local newspaper, and only 24% trust local television news (even when the main fare is local fires, accidents, local human interest, weather, and sports -- nothing exceptionally controversial). Only about 33% trust their public schools, despite the facts: 1) most parents don’t know what’s going on in their schools, and 2) even fewer non-parents are aware of what’s happening. Those who still have some trust in their schools are usually thinking (or experienced with) only the rural and suburban schools which have not yet descended into the moral insanity, social experimentation and mind control of the larger urban districts. Still, 46 percent trust the neighborhood in which they live, 78 percent trust their local fire departments, and 84 percent trust the members of their immediate family.

* Only about one fourth of Americans invest directly (or through mutual funds) in the stock market. Of those who invest directly, almost all have witnessed blatantly illegal manipulations of the stock market -- including many orchestrated for political reasons by the federal government, i.e. to thwart short sellers and stem possible panics (which could have serious political ramifications later on -- not a good thing in an election year). Mean-while, millions are now seeing retirement nest eggs going rotten as their values plummet.

* Speaking of which, only 14 percent of the American population trust their local governments; even fewer, 9 percent, trust their state governments, and only 6 percent have any faith in their federal government. E.g. 33% believe it is likely that the Navy shot down TWA flight 800, 51 percent that it is likely that government officials conspired to assassinate President Kennedy, 52 percent that the CIA deliberately allowed drug dealers to sell crack cocaine to inner-city children, 40 percent (and climbing) that the FBI burned down the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, and 48 percent that it is likely the U. S. Air Force is withholding proof of the evidence of intelligent life from other planets.

M It’s also been noted that...

* Computerized tallying of election results is almost certainly corrupt -- e.g. in 600 precincts in Florida, the printer units jammed, but the vote totals were already punched in -- prompting 4000 volunteers at the polls to quit on the spot. (And this was before the year 2000 presidential election in which the Secretary of State of Florida -- the person responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the election -- was a co-chairman of the committed to elect the presidential winner of the election, the Governor of Florida was the winner’s brother, later recounts of the Florida vote showed a different result, that the Supreme Court’s decision to stop the recount was allegedly based on the “equal protection” clause of the United State Constitution, even when any rationale interpretation of the clause would demand a full recount of the entire state, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...)

* States, such as Arizona, have enacted new sex-predator laws whereby individuals who were previously convicted of sex-predator crimes and have served their time, are now being incarcerated indefinitely on the premise -- as one woman said it -- “Other people’s rights end when our children need to be protected.” (Why wouldn’t they do this with Iatrogenic problems, whereby medical doctors, hospitals, and so forth have committed grave errors, drug or alcohol based misjudgments, or other actions which result in the death or maiming of patients?)

* Contrary to the Constitution for the United States, jurors are now instructed that they must find a person guilty if they violated a law -- irrespective of whether the law is just or applicable. This is in direct contradiction to the opinions of Presidents Jefferson, Adams, and others who felt that Trial by Jury was the only viable means of eliminating bad laws from the books -- and that the most critical freedom in a constitutional Republic was the right of a jury to acquit anyone for any crime (and was established in the so-called religious freedom trial of William Penn and William Mead). [In law, old law supercedes new law; such that the establishment of Trial by Jury cannot be later overturned legally.]

* The United States was formed as a constitutional republic (not a democracy where a 51% majority can tyrannize the minority), and was based upon Common Law -- where anyone can do anything just so long as they do not harm the person or property of others, and where they do what they knowingly, willingly, and intentionally agree to do. This law, however, has been illegally superseded by Admiralty Law (i.e. the Law of War), which has eliminated or degraded most of the rights of individuals. The basis of Admiralty law is that of a State of Emergency (which by law in the US is limited to three years, but which has been in effect since the Great Depression in the 1930s). Admiralty Law utilizes an equally illegal code of laws referred to as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

* The state of emergencies in the United States was initiated by Franklin Roosevelt on the basis of the federal government’s US Bankruptcy. Subsequent Presidents have simply added one state of emergency upon another up until the present day. (Laws passed since that time (IRS and other monsters) are all contingent upon the state of emergency.)

* The assault on the constitutional republic of the United States was initiated at the time of the Civil War -- where illegal paper script was foisted on the public in order to pay for the war, and where individuals were denied their rights and forced to lay down their lives in warring against their fellow citizen.

* Lincoln also began the practice of Executive Orders, which basically bypasses the Congress, Constitution, Sovereignty of Individuals, Bill of Rights, etceteras. Recent presidents have continued the tradition, continually chipping away at human rights, some of the most recent monsters being proclaimed by Bush, Clinton and Shrub.

* Franklin Roosevelt also changed the date of the Presidential Inauguration, from the original date of the first Tuesday following the first Monday of March (thus forming a trine of dates of Independence Day, Election Day, and Presidential Inauguration Day), to the end of January -- in an attempt to allow himself to be made President for life.

* The Federal Reserve is a private, for-profit corporation, owned by the elite of the world, and in no way a federal agency or controlled by the citizens of the U.S.

* The Federal Reserve creates paper money out of nothing -- despite the illegality of anyone including Congress to use anything but gold and silver as legal tender -- loans this worthless paper commodity to the federal government at interest (who then subsequently loans it to everyone else at interest -- so that it is mathematically impossible to ever pay back the principal -- i.e. all of the paper money in existence -- plus the interest). Note that for every dollar the banksters hold as deposits for other people, they can loan out $100; for which they are paid interest on -- i.e. interest on absolutely nothing!

M And it gets much worse. Like for example, it’s been said that...

* Social InSecurity is -- and always has been -- a Ponzi Scheme in which the early investors get their money at the expense of the later investors; and that the current retirees (who have three times the income and five times the networth of people in their thirties) are financially ripping off their children and grandchildren in a massive con game.

* Social InSecurity will have deficits in the year 2030 of $1.7 trillion per year, 2040 of $3.2 trillion per year, and by 2050, $5.7 trillion PER YEAR!; and is thus blatantly insolvent. (In 2040, Social Security taxes will require between one third and one half of total payrolls just in order to meet its current obligations.)

* Forty percent of Social InSecurity benefits go to households whose total incomes are above the average income for all households. At the same time, for a $30,000 annual income, Senior households pay $790 in taxes annually, while JUNIOR households with the same annual income pay $7,035.

* Medicare alone represents, on average, a $310,000 windfall for today’s retirees.

One might think that the “owners” and/or “tyrants” of our world are taking ninety nine percent of the population to the cleaners (but where nothing really comes clean).

J On the other hand, the only really encouraging thing you’ve said is that this may soon end, i.e....

* Signals from the star EQ Pegasi suggest that first contact may be at hand (but the odds -- based on the current record of hits by prophets and prognosticators -- is nil).

* NASA’s 30 day delay in informing the world about a massive astronomical X-Ray event (which temporarily shut down several satellites) does not bode well for NASA (an acronym for “Never A Straight Answer”) telling us about any serious future threat.

* First reports put the comet, affectionately known as 1997XF11, at an encounter with the Earth in 2028, at only a mere 30,000 mile distance (as compared to the Moon’s 240,000 mile distance). NASA later revised this distance to 600,000 miles. Unfortunately any mathematician would then suggest an “error” of 570,000 miles, which when applied to the mean between 30 and 600 thousand miles, allows for a good probability of a “hit”.

* Meanwhile, global warming is continuing unabated, and recent reports are that the warm up period may be much quicker and abrupt than anyone is thinking. In any case, the collapse of the Antarctica ice caps and other trends may raise the sea level by as much as 200 feet in the next couple of decades (or sooner), making it exceedingly wet for about 85 percent of the world’s population (who tend to cluster near the oceans/seas). We can also look forward to deserts in the Amazon, and a wrath of other horrors.

* Speaking of things getting hotter, Solar Cycle 23 was slated to peak in the year 2000, but has continued relatively unabated, such that there is the very real likelihood of substantial increases in the activity, which could bring about serious solar flares, coronal mass ejections (CMEs), and subsequent geo-magnetic storms on earth.

* The “Gog Index”, a measure of the probability of near term holy war in the mid east, is now indicating that WWIII is hovering over us, even as we speak.

* Regardless of everything else, time ends on December 21, 2012 A.D., when the Mayan Calendar comes to an End.

“Oh surely you jest!” But then again, if 10% of the above is true...

BTW, did you notice that the vast amount of conspiracies listed above has as their conspirators the so-called free governments of the world? Maybe, that what "free government" means: the freedom to commit all manner of conspiracy in order to do what those in control of the government want -- for whatever benighted reason they might have. Figures!
