There comes a point when it is prudent to look ahead, to spy out the new land beyond the horizon of what the USA has become. The fix is in; the game is afoot and the result is rigged. After having studied the cause of the fall of the American Republic, the murder really, it is now time for concrete actions to be taken. Print this essay up. Give it to people you know. Perhaps after the anarchy, the bloodshed it will help to put things back together. We are either going into a new dark age, ruled over by the thugs and feudal elite of the New World Order, or we are going to, after a period of chaos, restore the American Republic. You roll the dice and you take your chances. I have no idea which will prevail. I will have died by that time.
The first thing the Restored American Republic will need is a Constitution. I will start by reworking the Amendments. Maybe we will do better next time.
THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
"A well regulated militia, being vital to the security of the American Republic, the right of the people to own, possess, carry and shoot their personal weapons shall not be regulated, restricted, banned or infringed by any city, county, state or federal government, or any corporation or school. Nor shall the possession of, purchase of and ownership of ammunition, shooting supplies, reloading supplies or other things needed be either. Further, the armed militia shall consist of all men and women citizens of the USA over the age of 18 being of sound body, mind and moral character. Non citizens, felons and lunatics may not possess weapons. This Amendment does not grant the right to own weapons, it merely acknowledges the existing one flowing from the dignity of a free people."
NOTES. I have long thought the only thing wrong with the Second Amendment was the fact it was not the First Amendment. Other than that it was perfect. I have merely explicitly stated what was implied in the original. In my opinion when the US Constitution uses the word people it is the same in every amendment. One of the things that rankles me about liberals is they think the word people in the right of free speech for instance isn't the same people who are not to be infringed upon for owning weapons. Hypocritical NWO slugs the lot of them.
THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
1. No city, county, state or federal government agency, or Congress shall make any law mandating a state religion or state prayer. Nor shall any of the above prohibit, restrict, regulate or harass the free exercise of religion, including prayer at public events. Nor shall any of the above regulate, restrict or abridge freedom of speech by private persons, or of the press in either print or electronic form. Further, the right of the people to peaceably assemble in order to petition the government for a redress of grievances is absolute and is not to be restricted or regulated.

THE THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
1. The US shall have no central bank, nor Federal Reserve. The US shall have a balanced budget every year and shall not have ANY deficit spending, except in time of declared war and voted by 75% of both the Senate and House. All levels of government in the US, city, county, state and Federal shall balance their budgets every year. Nor shall they run deficits, or spend more than they take in revenue. Gold and Silver are not to be despised as money and are to be fully accepted as a form of payment in all private and public transactions. Further, the US government will not borrow money, rather it will issue its own after abolishing the current federal reserve.
Anyone in the political, economic, media and corporate sphere who advocates a central bank is to be tried for treason and then executed.
NOTE: Again so obvious only a few words are needed. If I had to pick ONE reason the American Republic was murdered I would say the insolent, corrupt banking cartel called the Federal Reserve. They are traitors and worthy of death.
THE FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION
1. No lawyer shall hold political office of any type, at any level of city, county, state and federal government. Nor shall any member of a secret society, like Yale's Skull and Bones, or a member of a globalist society, like the Council on Foreign Relations hold any political office of any type and at any level. Further, any US citizen who accepts foreign honors, like British Knighthood is to be stripped of their US citizenship and exiled for life.
NOTE: This is based on the "lost" amendment banning persons with "honors" from holding office.
THE FIFTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION
1. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, vehicles, living places, papers, both electronic and printed, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated. No warrants shall be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation and with specific instructions relating to the place to be searched and the people or things to be seized. Further there shall not be any search without a warrant unless it is a matter of life and death an there is probable cause to think this is the case. No technology may violate these limitations in any matter. Strip searches are banned without a warrant. Non US citizens are not covered by these restrictions.
THE SIXTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
1. The borders of the USA are to be secure at all times. All containers and materials entering the US are to be scanned. Illegal immigrants are to be deported and those that hire them are to be fined and thrown in jail. Further, there will be no work visas issued without cause and proof. Nor will any US citizen give aid and succor to illegal immigrants. Smuggling illegals into the USA will be punishable by death.
NOTES: Again a no brainer.
THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
1. All US Citizens are equal under the law. For legal purposes a business corporation is not to be accorded the same legal rights as a US citizen. Nor shall corporations be allowed to lobby or donate to any government body except as individual citizens. Further hate crime laws are explicitly banned since all US citizens are to be treated the same under the law. For criminal purposes legal aliens are to be treated the same as US citizens. For civil issues, assuming a US citizen takes advantage of a legal alien, the US citizen is to be exiled.
NOTE: The other major reason the USA is the way it is stems from the 1886 Supreme Court decision giving corporations "personhood", or giving them the same legal rights as US citizens. This is a disaster from which the USA has never recovered.
THE EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO THE RESTORED AMERICAN CONSTITUTION
1. No Person shall be held to answer for a capital offense, or otherwise serious crime, unless presented with an indictment of a grand jury, except while on active duty in the military or National Guard, or the armed militia when on official business during war or public danger.
Further, no US citizen shall be tried for the same offense twice, or be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, or be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Finally, no private property shall be taken for public use without just and fair compensation and provable in court. However, any government official at city, county, state or federal level who is involved in a corrupt seizure shall be charged for that.
THE NINTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN REPUBLIC
1. No government official at the city, county, state or federal level shall be charged for actions taken in the performance of their duties, unless a crime is committed. They may be charged for the non performance of their duty. Further, they may be charged with abuse of authority, corruption, rape, murder and negligent manslaughter or homicide as the conditions indicate.
THE TENTH AMENDMENT OF THE RESTORED AMERICAN REPUBLIC
1. No soldiers shall be quartered in private homes unless war is declared and payment made. No American soldier shall be deployed overseas unless war is declared. No foreign soldiers are to be deployed inside the US unless for training. Further, the US will not permanently deploy any ground or air forces overseas for any reason after a war is over. Nor any permanent bases overseas, or expect the US taxpayer to pay for the defense of a foreign country. Naval and Marine forces are exempt from these restrictions. Marine and Navy forces are not to be used for any other reason than the defense of US citizen lives, property or official government interests.

Slowly, with the passing of time, in each of our lives, our picture of the world becomes clearer. A lifetime of lessons coalesces into the snapshot of a menu that essentially becomes our main operating system. It is what we believe.
The Jews are right, you know. There is no God. He�s an invention. And the Jews ought to know. They invented him. In Egypt, a ritual consolidation of thought, in fact, that actually cut off our communication with nature. The Jews continue to invent God every day, in every way, by giving you all the things you always wanted. They have created, literally and tangibly, the God you worship. This is the prison of God in which we all are poisoned.
Since all human history has been recorded by human hands and human minds, how could any particle of information be anything other than a human construction? It is logically impossible. No great being has ever communicated with any prophet. No saint has ever been guided by extra-human information. No pope has ever spoken with a sanction from some divine being. These are all metaphors for something else. Call it wishful thinking. It�s all part of the human imagination. Hallucinations reproduced in reality. A metaphor constructed to anesthetize your fear of death. After all, the human imagination is limitless. Why wouldn�t we invent a surefire way not to worry about death? That way we would never have to think about what it actually means and how it undermines every action we undertake.
We can figure out a way to the future that is happy instead of capitalistically predatory in the way that it is now. But we have to be real, and admit that we die, rather than insisting we have a foolproof plan for eternal life. That deliberate act of volition prevents us from accurately perceiving our own belief systems. We willingly deceive ourselves with stories we know can�t possibly be true, and too often wind up in a place we didn�t intend to go. Too many lies have been told to trust in the reputations of partisan apologists.
But that�s not the worst of it. The lies we have created for ourselves as truth are now manifesting, full flower, in our own reality. The lies we have told ourselves about death are somehow being re-created in the real world, and pathological mass death is the result.
Who are we killing when all those shining souls lying raped in the dust of an Iraqi bomb crater die? How much of ourselves dies, as well? And what dark shadowperson, locked in dark rituals of semiconscious consumption, looks the other way at too many junctures in his life to ever once see the eternal flashpoints that shine out from the river of love that guides our hope.
Human history is only a fulfilled dream. We created a fast buck operation as often and as expediently as possible. The practice of usury has catapulted itself to the top of the fabric of human ideation. It governs what we do, in all instances. As a result, the surface of the earth has been very nearly killed by its profit-making schemes.
This dominance of thought hearkens back to remnants of a savage time where force was eventually codified into law, or business agreements. The men who made the rules then still have the money now, and are using it as a hammer by which to shape the masses into ideological slaves, semiconscious serfs who do the hypnotic heroin of Fox Media and pretend real reasons for things that no longer exist, if they ever did at all.
This subject matter has been totally eliminated from U.S. schools, and only a dwindling presence of discerning souls troubadouring on the Internet has been able to penetrate only onto the skin of public consciousness, but not much down into the muscle. Why? The money is just too important.
Like, how exactly did those Twin Towers come down?
Or, who was this Jewish anarchist named Emma Goldman who furnished the pistol that assassinated President McKinley in 1900, paving the way for the first openly Jewish U.S. president, Theodore Roosevelt. You remember. �Speak softly and carry a big stick.� World War I was not long in coming after he got in.
Are you listening? Can you hear the screaming? Gently fading into a mellow Wall Street tickertape further metastasizing the commercial cancer that has taken over your whole body. The screams are the echoes of your most holy places complicit in the carnage we see everywhere � and hip to the very plot that drags us all quickly to our graves. They make a profit from your murder, you know.
But you have your belief system. It keeps you safe. Whether it is really true is a matter of how good your teachers were, and whether they accurately summarized the situation we find ourselves in.
The very things in which we place our belief are all part of the same treacherous semi conscious animal that is doing us harm, and actually participating in the predatory plunder of human souls for profit. Quite a belief system, eh? Well, it happens to be yours. After all, we have to be safe, and this is the product we have decided to buy.
The creation of this idea became the most powerful force in human history because what we believe is what we do.
Belief in an all-powerful, all-encompassing God ultimately forces you to commit criminal acts to defend your particular brand of dogma.
And yet, in the dark, near life�s last moments, it is the place toward which we surely gravitate, with its promise of eternal safety.
The problem this philosophy aimed to solve � and did solve, in a limited pathological way � is the very paradigm of our society�s collective self-destructive compulsion.
Ritualizing slaughter, I think, is the nicest way to put it. Sanctifying the elimination of large part of humanity for the health of the herd. Isn�t that a nice phrase? What if it�s you? What kind of country do you live in? And is it a country at all?
In a world about to destroy itself, to call this topic simply �the way things are� is a useless thought. We have no choice but to change the way things are if we hope to survive.
All the religions of the world are so null and void. Except perhaps for the Egyptian goddess Ma�at, and her Feather of Truth.
Religions aim to salve a wound that can�t be healed, except with a lie. This wound was not meant to be healed. It is the condition of our existence.
It�s a matter of coping with our own internal terror. And the rule is ... never fear what you may not avoid.
Fully realizing your own circumstances certainly helps you understand the limitations of others. They are the same as your own.
You can�t just exterminate the aberrant. They are the very soul of our species, the report card, if you will, of our existence. They constantly remind us what went wrong.
But we are being molded into robots, no longer permitted to see what the real joys of life actually are, or for that matter, who the real people are.
Warped into a technological singularity that regards faith, hope and charity as mere commodities to put on sale at Wal-mart.
We let those all those people die so we could continue our treadmill to capitalistic paranoia and spend our lives working to pay our rent checks. The process gives us the cancer that is destroying the planet. Nobody talks about it. In fact, many believe President George W. Bush actually communicates with God. It may well be true, given what Almighty God � and especially Almighty G-d � are on the record as having said.

An egregore is a magic(k)al entity that functions with its own will, explicitly a human creation, rather than an inherent archetype or psychic representation. But you have your belief system. It keeps you safe. Whether it is really true is a matter of how good your teachers were, and whether they accurately summarized the situation we find ourselves in.
The very things in which we place our belief are all part of the same treacherous semi conscious animal that is doing us harm, and actually participating in the predatory plunder of human souls for profit. Quite a belief system, eh? Well, it happens to be yours. After all, we have to be safe, and this is the product we have decided to buy.
The creation of this idea became the most powerful force in human history because what we believe is what we do.
Belief in an all-powerful, all-encompassing God ultimately forces you to commit criminal acts to defend your particular brand of dogma.
And yet, in the dark, near life�s last moments, it is the place toward which we surely gravitate, with its promise of eternal safety.
The problem this philosophy aimed to solve � and did solve, in a limited pathological way � is the very paradigm of our society�s collective self-destructive compulsion.
Ritualizing slaughter, I think, is the nicest way to put it. Sanctifying the elimination of large part of humanity for the health of the herd. Isn�t that a nice phrase? What if it�s you? What kind of country do you live in? And is it a country at all?
In a world about to destroy itself, to call this topic simply �the way things are� is a useless thought. We have no choice but to change the way things are if we hope to survive.
All the religions of the world are so null and void. Except perhaps for the Egyptian goddess Ma�at, and her Feather of Truth.
Religions aim to salve a wound that can�t be healed, except with a lie. This wound was not meant to be healed. It is the condition of our existence.
It�s a matter of coping with our own internal terror. And the rule is ... never fear what you may not avoid.
Fully realizing your own circumstances certainly helps you understand the limitations of others. They are the same as your own.
You can�t just exterminate the aberrant. They are the very soul of our species, the report card, if you will, of our existence. They constantly remind us what went wrong.
But we are being molded into robots, no longer permitted to see what the real joys of life actually are, or for that matter, who the real people are.
Warped into a technological singularity that regards faith, hope and charity as mere commodities to put on sale at Wal-mart.
We let those all those people die so we could continue our treadmill to capitalistic paranoia and spend our lives working to pay our rent checks. The process gives us the cancer that is destroying the planet. Nobody talks about it. In fact, many believe President George W. Bush actually communicates with God. It may well be true, given what Almighty God � and especially Almighty G-d � are on the record as having said.

It may best be defined as a "collective group mind", in both its conscious and subconscious aspects, which is formed by the united thinking and feeling of a number of like-minded people.
From the inner point of view, we may see it as a composite thought-form charged with emotional energy. This energy is evoked from all those who are linked with the thought-form and, if there are those in the group who know something of the psychic mechanism involved, it can be directed upon any chosen target.

Each member of the group pours energy into the collective thought-form but, equally, into each member there also passes the influence of the group as a whole. An egregore is a magic(k)al entity that functions with its own will, explicitly a human creation, rather than an inherent archetype or psychic representation. US Homeland Security chief, Janet Napolitano, has called for a constant state of preparedness in the face of growing third millennium issues before America.
In her interview with the USA Today, Napolitano touched on a number of security issues threatening the national security of the United States.
Napolitano started with words of caution for US citizens as she urged Americans to keep vigil for terror threats disregarding their origin.
"We need to be prepared for all kinds of realistic risks. We know, for example, that there are risks associated with the transportation sector. We know that certain parts of the country have greater risks than other parts,” she said.
“So we're trying to emphasize this notion of shared responsibility. Everybody has some responsibility for themselves, their family, communities, state, local, tribal, territorial - shared responsibility among all our federal agencies and then with our international partners.”
"I've come to the conclusion that we will always live in a terrorist threat environment that it is al-Qaeda, but it is other groups and wannabes as well, that the environment is constantly changing, and that it is something that we just have to be prepared to live with. We need to be in a state of preparation and readiness - not a state of fear. We need to do all we can to mitigate the risk. But that means individuals undergo a certain amount of inconvenience at times," said Napolitano, rejecting the inauguration of a fear campaign allegedly upheld by the United States.
America's top security chief also warned of rising virtual reality crimes and demanded that the current security level for cyberspace be lifted up to three times the existing status quo.
"We need to move cyber-security from the 1.0 to the 3.0 quickly. We appointed a deputy undersecretary for cyber. The direction I gave him was: Hire the best and brightest to bolster the cyber-security center; we needed more robust interaction with the private sector because 85 percent of the critical infrastructure is controlled by the private sector. We need to be doing more research - or contract for more research - to protect existing networks with the dot-org, dot-gov, dot-com side of the cyber world."
On the notorious Guantanamo Naval prison facilities located on the leased Cuban territories where terror suspects are held, the 52-year-old former Arizona governor spoke of imminent schemes intended to transfer the inmates of the facility to US territories.
"Before we move any inmates to American soil, there would be a risk assessment done about the safety of that. Under the Obama administration, that would be a top priority."
The US President Barack Obama had pledged to shut down the infamous penal complex by 2011.
